Preface
Besides the treatise of Vatsyayana the following works on the same subject are available in India:
The Ratirahasya, or secrets of love
The Panchasakya, or the five arrows
The Smara Pradipa, or the light of love
The Ratimanjari, or the garland of love
The Rasmanjari, or the sprout of love
The Anunga Runga, or the stage of love; also called Kamaledhiplava, or a boat in the ocean of love.
The author of the "Secrets of Love" was a poet named Kukkoka. He composed his work to please one Venudutta, who was perhaps a king. The work was translated into Hindi years ago, and in this the author"s name was written as Koka. And as the same name crept into all the translations into other languages in India, the book became generally known, and the subject was popularly called Koka Sastra, or doctrines of Koka.
The work contains nearly eight hundred verses, and is divided into ten chapters, which are called Pachivedas. Some of the things treated of in this work are not to be found in the Vatsyayana, such as the four classes of women, the Padmini, Chitrini, Shankini and Hastini, as also the enumeration of the days and hours on which the women of the different classes become subject to love, The author adds that he wrote these things from the opinions of Gonikaputra and Nandikeshwara, both of whom are mentioned by Vatsyayana, but their works are not now extant.
It is difficult to give any approximate idea as to the year in which the work was composed. It is only to be presumed that it was written after that of Vatsyayana, and previous to the other works on this subject that are still extant. Vatsyayana gives the names of ten authors on the subject, all of whose works he had consulted, but none of which are extant, and does not mention this one. This would tend to show that Kukkoka wrote after Vatsya, otherwise Vatsya would assuredly have mentioned him as an author in this branch of literature along with the others.
The author of the "Five Arrows" was one Jyotirisha. He is called the chief ornament of poets, the treasure of the sixty-four arts, and the best teacher of the rules of music. He says that he composed the work after reflecting on the aphorisms of love as revealed by the gods, and studying the opinions of Gonikaputra, Muladeva, Babhravya, Ramtideva, Nundikeshwara and Kshemandra. This work contains nearly six hundred verses, and is divided into five chapters, called Sayakas or Arrows.
The author of the "Light of Love" was the poet Gunakara, the son of Vechapati. The work contains four hundred verses, and gives only a short account of the doctrines of love, dealing more with other matters.
"The Garland of Love" is the work of the famous poet Jayadeva. This treatise is, however, very short, containing only one hundred and twenty-five verses.
The author of the "Sprout of Love" was a poet called Bhanudatta. It appears from the last verse of the manuscript that he was a resident of the province of Tirhoot, and son of a Brahman named Ganeshwar, who was also a poet. The work, written in Sanscrit, gives the descriptions of different classes of men
and women, their classes being made out from their age, description, conduct, etc. It contains three chapters, and its date is not known, and cannot be ascertained.
"The Stage of Love" was composed by the poet Kullianmull, for the amusement of Ladkhan, the son of Ahmed Lodi, the same Ladkhan being in some places spoken of as Ladana Mull, and in others as Ladanaballa. He is supposed to have been a relation or connection of the house of Lodi, which reigned in Hindostan from A.D. 1450-1526. The work would, therefore, have been written in the fifteenth or sixteenth century. It contains ten chapters, and has been translated into English but only six copies were printed for private circulation. This is supposed to be the latest of the Sanscrit works on the subject, and the ideas in it were evidently taken from previous writings of the same nature.
Padmini,Chitrini & Shankhini:
She in whom the following signs and symptoms appear is called a Padmini. Her face is pleasing as the full moon; her body, well clothed with flesh, is soft as the Shiras or mustard flower, her skin is fine, tender and fair as the yellow lotus, never dark coloured. Her eyes are bright and beautiful as the orbs of the fawn, well cut, and with reddish corners. Her bosom is hard, full and high; she has a good neck; her nose is straight and lovely, and three folds or wrinkles cross her middle - about the umbilical region. Her yoni resembles the opening lotus bud, and her love seed (Kama salila) is perfumed like the lily that has newly burst. She walks with swan-like gait, and her voice is low and musical as the note of the Kokila bird, she delights in white raiments, in fine jewels, and in rich dresses. She eats little, sleeps lightly, and being as respectful and religious as she is clever and courteous, she is ever anxious to worship the gods, and to enjoy the conversation of Brahmans. Such, then, is the Padmini or Lotus woman.
Detailed descriptions then follow of the Chitrini or Art woman; the Shankhini or Conch woman, and the Hastini or Elephant woman, their days of enjoyment, their various seats of passion, the manner in which they should be manipulated and treated in sexual intercourse, along with the characteristics of the men and women of the various countries in Hindostan. The details are so numerous, and the subjects so seriously dealt with, and at such length, that neither time nor space will permit of their being given here.
After a perusal of the Hindu works relatated to Sex, the reader will understand the subject, at all events from a materialistic, realistic and practical point of view. If all science is founded more or less on a stratum of facts, there can be no harm in making known to mankind generally certain matters intimately connected with their private, domestic, and social life.

Introduction
The "Aphorisms on Love" by Vatsyayana contain about one thousand two hundred and fifty slokas or verses, and are divided into parts, parts into chapters, and chapters into paragraphs. The whole works of Vatsyayana consists of seven parts, thirty-six chapters, and sixty-four paragraphs. Hardly anything is known about the author. His real name is supposed to be Mallinaga or Mrillana, Vatsyayana being his family name.
This treatise was composed, according to the precepts of the Holy Writ, for the benefit of the world, by Vatsyayana, while leading the life of a religious student at Benares, and wholly engaged in the contemplation of the Deity.
This work is not to be used merely as an instrument for satisfying our desires. A person acquainted with the true principles of this science, who preserves his Dharma (virtue or religious merit), his Artha (worldly wealth) and his Kama (pleasure or sensual gratification), and who has regard to the customs of the people, is sure to obtain the mastery over his senses. In short, an intelligent and knowing person attending to Dharma and Artha and also to Kama, without becoming the slave of his passions, will obtain success in everything that he may do."

PART I: INTRODUCTORY
Preface
Observations on the three worldly attainments of Virtue, Wealth, and Love
ON THE ACQUISITION OF DHARMA, ARTHA AND KAMA
MAN, the period of whose life is one hundred years, should practise Dharma, Artha and Kama at different times and in such a manner that they may harmonize together and not clash in any way. He should acquire learning in his childhood, in his youth and middle age he should attend to Artha and Kama, and in his old age he should perform Dharma, and thus seek to gain Moksha, i.e. release from further transmigration. Or, on account of the uncertainty of life, he may practise them at times when they are enjoined to be practised. But one thing is to be noted, he should lead the life of a religious student until he finishes his education.
Dharma is obedience to the command of the Sastra or Holy Writ of the Hindus to do certain things, such as the performance of sacrifices, which are not generally done, because they do not belong to this world, and produce no visible effect; and not to do other things, such as eating meat, which is often done because it belongs to this world, and has visible effects.
Dharma should be learnt from the Shruti (Holy Writ), and from those conversant with it.
Artha is the acquisition of arts, land, gold, cattle, wealth, equipages and friends. It is, further, the protection of what is acquired, and the increase of what is protected.
Artha should be learnt from the king's officers, and from merchants who may be versed in the ways of commerce.
Kama is the enjoyment of appropriate objects by the five senses of hearing, feeling, seeing, tasting and smelling, assisted by the mind together with the soul. The ingredient in this is a peculiar contact between the organ of sense and its object, and the consciousness of pleasure which arises from that contact is called Kama.
Kama is to be learnt from the Kama Sutra (aphorisms on love) and from the practice of citizens.
When all the three, viz. Dharma, Artha and Kama, come together, the former is better than the one which follows it, i.e. Dharma is better than Artha, and Artha is better than Kama. But Artha should always be first practised by the king for the livelihood of men is to be obtained from it only. Again, Kama being the occupation of public women, they should prefer it to the other two, and these are exceptions to the general rule.
Some Observations
Purusha means human being and artha means object or objective. Purusharthas means objectives of man. According to Hindu way of life, a man should strive to achieve four chief objectives (Purusharthas) in his life. They are:
1. dharma (righteousness),
2. artha (material wealth),
3. kama (desire) and
4. moksha (salvation).
Every individual in a society is expected to achieve these four objectives and seek fulfillment in his life before departing from here. The concept of Purusharthas clearly establishes the fact that Hinduism does not advocate a life of self negation and hardship, but a life of balance, achievement and fulfillment.
Dharma
Dharma is a very complicated word, for which there is no equivalent word in any other language, including English. Dharma actually means that which upholds this entire creation. It is a Divine law that is inherent and invisible, but responsible for all existence. Dharma exists in all planes, in all aspects and at all levels of creation. In the context of human life, dharma consists of all that an individual undertakes in harmony with Divine expectations and his own inner spiritual aspirations, actions that would ensure order and harmony with in himself and in the environment in which he lives. Since this world is deluded, a human being may not know what is right and what is wrong or what is dharma and what is adharma. Hence he should rely upon the scriptures and adhere to the injunctions contained there in. In short, dharma for a human being means developing divine virtues and performing actions that are in harmony with the divine laws.
Dharma is considered to be the first cardinal aim because it is at the root of everything and upholds everything. For example see what happens when a person amasses wealth without observing dharma or indulges in sexual passion against the social norms or established moral values. Any action performed without observing dharma is bound to bring misery and suffering and delay ones salvation. Hinduism therefore considers it rightly as the first cardinal aim of life.
In ancient India dharmashastras (law books) provided guidance to people in their day to day lives and helped them to adhere to dharma. These law books were written for a particular time frame and are no more relevant to the modern world. The best way to know what is dharma and what is adharma, is to follow the religious scriptures such as the Bhagavad gita and the Upanishads or any other scripture that contains the words of God.
Artha
Artha means wealth. Hinduism recognizes the importance of material wealth for the overall happiness and well being of an individual. A house holder requires wealth, because he has to perform many duties to uphold dharma and ensure the welfare and progress of his family and society. A person may have the intention to uphold the dharma, but if he has no money he would not be able to perform his duties and fulfill his dharma. Hinduism therefore rightly places material wealth as the second most important objective in human life. Lord Vishnu is the best example for any householder who wants to lead a life of luxury and still be on the side of God doing his duties. As the preserver of the universe, Lord Vishnu lives in Vaikunth amid pomp and glory, with the goddess of wealth herself by his side and yet helps the poor and the needy, protects the weak, upholds the dharma and sometimes leaving everything aside rushes to the earth as an incarnation to uphold dharma.
Hinduism advocates austerity, simplicity and detachment, but does not glorify poverty. Hinduism also emphasizes the need to observe dharma while amassing the wealth. Poverty has become a grotesque reality in present day Hindu society. Hindus have become so poverty conscious that if a saint or a sage leads a comfortable life, they scoff at him, saying that he is not a true yogi. They have to remind themselves of the simple fact that none of the Hindu gods and goddesses are really poor.
Hinduism believes that both spiritualism and materialism are important for the salvation of human beings. It is unfortunate that Hinduism came to be associated more with spiritualism, probably because of the influence of Buddhism, where as in truth Hinduism does not exclude either of them. As Swami Vivekananda rightly said religion is not for the empty stomachs. Religion is not for those whose main concern from morning till evening is how to make both ends meet. Poverty crushes the spirit of man and renders him an easy prey to wicked forces.
In ancient India Artha shastras (scriptures on wealth) provided necessary guidance to people on the finer aspects of managing their wealth. Kautilya's Artha Shastra, which is probably a compilation of many independent works, gives us a glimpse of how money matters were handled in ancient India.
Kama
Kama in a wider sense means desire and in a narrow sense, sexual desire. Hinduism prescribes fulfillment of sexual passions for the householders and abstinence from it for the students and ascetics who are engaged in the study of the scriptures and in the pursuit of Brahman.
The Bhagavad gita informs us that desire is an aspect of delusion and one has to be wary of its various movements and manifestations. The best way to deal with desires is to develop detachment and perform desireless actions without seeking the fruit of ones actions and making an offering of all the actions to God. This way our actions would not bind us to the cycle of births and deaths.
Hinduism permits sexual freedom so long as it is not in conflict with the first aim, i.e. dharma. Hindu scriptures emphasize that the purpose of sex is procreation and perpetuation of family and society, while the purpose of dharma is to ensure order in the institution of family and society. A householder has the permission to indulge in sex, but also has the responsibility to pursue it in accordance with the laws of dharma. Marriage is a recognized social institution and marriage with wife for the purpose of producing children is legitimate and in line with the aims of dharma.
One of the important sects of Hinduism is Tantricism. It recognizes the importance of sexual freedom in the liberation of soul. The Tantrics accept sex as an important means to experience the blissful nature of God and the best way to experience God in physical form. They also refer to the concept of Purusharthas to justify their doctrines. They believe that sexual energy is divine energy and it can be transformed into spiritual energy through controlled expression of sex.
Just as the dharmashastras were written for the sake of dharma, and artha shastras for artha, kama shastras were composed in ancient India for providing guidance in matters of sex. We have lost many of them because of the extreme secrecy and social disapproval associated with the subject.
Moksha
If dharma guides the life of a human being from below acting as the earth, showing him the way from above like a star studded mysterious sky is moksha. Dharma constitutes the legs of a Purusha that walk upon the earth; both artha and kama constitute his two limbs active in the middle region; while moksha constitutes the head that rests in the heaven.
Human life is very precious because of all the beings in all the worlds, only human beings have the best opportunity to realize the Higher self. It is also precious because it is attained after many hundreds and thousands of lives. Rightly, salvation should be its ultimate aim.
Moksha actually means absence of moha or delusion. Delusion is caused by the inter play of the triple gunas. When a person overcomes these gunas, he attains liberation. The gunas can be overcome by detachment, self control, surrender to god and offering ones actions to God.
If dharma is the center of the wheel of human life, artha and kama are the two spokes and moksha is its circumference. If dharma is at the center of human life, beyond moksha there is no human life, but only a life divine.
The four Purusharthas are also like the four wheels of a chariot called human life. They collectively uphold it and lead it. Each influences the movement of the other three, and in the absence of any one of them, the chariot comes to a halt.

ON THE ARTS AND SCIENCES TO BE STUDIED
MAN should study the Kama Sutra and the arts and sciences subordinate thereto, in addition to the study of the arts and sciences contained in Dharma and Artha. Even young maids should study this Kama Sutra along with its arts and sciences before marriage, and after it they should continue to do so with the consent of their husbands.
Here some learned men object, and say that females, not being allowed to study any science, should not study the Kama Sutra.
But Vatsyayana is of opinion that this objection does not hold good, for women already know the practice of Kama Sutra, and that practice is derived from the Kama Sastra, or the science of Kama itself. Moreover, it is not only in this but in many other cases that, though the practice of a science is known to all, only a few persons are acquainted with the rules and laws on which the science is based. Thus the Yadnikas or sacrificers, though ignorant of grammar, make use of appropriate words when addressing the different Deities, and do not know how these words are framed. Again, persons do the duties required of them on auspicious days, which are fixed by astrology, though they are not acquainted with the science of astrology. In a like manner riders of horses and elephants train these animals without knowing the science of training animals, but from practice only. And similarly the people of the most distant provinces obey the laws of the kingdom from practice, and because there is a king over them, and without further reason.1 And from experience we find that some women, such as daughters of princes and their ministers, and public women, are actually versed in the Kama Sastra.
A female, therefore, should learn the Kama Sastra, or at least a part of it, by studying its practice from some confidential friend. She should study alone in private the sixty-four practices that form a part of the Kama Sastra. Her teacher should be one of the following persons: the daughter of a nurse brought up with her and already married,2 or a female friend who can be trusted in everything, or the sister of her mother (i.e. her aunt), or an old female servant, or a female beggar who may have formerly lived in the family, or her own sister who can always be trusted.
The following are the arts to be studied, together with the Kama Sutra:

The art of mimicry or imitation
Reading, including chanting and intoning

Art of applying perfumed ointments to the body, and of dressing the hair with unguents and perfumes and braiding it
The art of understanding writing in cypher, and the writing of words in a peculiar way
The art of speaking by changing the forms of words. It is of various kinds. Some speak by changing the beginning and end of words, others by adding unnecessary letters between every syllable of a word, and so on
Knowledge of language and of the vernacular dialects
Art of making flower carriages
Art of framing mystical diagrams, of addressing spells and charms, and binding armlets
Mental exercises, such as completing stanzas or verses on receiving a part of them; or supplying one, two or three lines when the remaining lines are given indiscriminately from different verses, so as to make the whole an entire verse with regard to its meaning; or arranging the words of a verse written irregularly by separating the vowels from the consonants, or leaving them out altogether; or putting into verse or prose sentences represented by signs or symbols. There are many other such exercises.

Making figures and images in clay
A public woman, endowed with a good disposition, beauty and other winning qualities, and also versed in the above arts, obtains the name of a Ganika, or public woman of high quality, and receives a seat of honour in an assemblage of men. She is, moreover, always respected by the king, and praised by learned men, and her favour being sought for by all, she becomes an object of universal regard. The daughter of a king too as well as the daughter of a minister, being learned in the above arts, can make their husbands favourable to them, even though these may have thousands of other wives besides themselves. And in the same manner, if a wife becomes separated from her husband, and falls into distress, she can support herself easily, even in a foreign country, by means of her knowledge of these arts. Even the bare knowledge of them gives attractiveness to a woman, though the practice of them may be only possible or otherwise according to the circumstances of each case. A man who is versed in these arts, who is loquacious and acquainted with the arts of gallantry, gains very soon the hearts of women, even though he is only acquainted with them for a short time.

ABOUT THE KINDS OF WOMEN RESORTED TO BY THE CITIZENS, AND OF FRIENDS AND MESSENGERS
WHEN Kama is practised by men of the four castes according to the rules of the Holy Writ (i.e. by lawful marriage) with virgins of their own caste, then it becomes a means of acquiring lawful progeny and good fame, and it is not also opposed to the customs of the world. On the contrary the practice of Kama with women of the higher castes, and with those previously enjoyed by others, even though they be of the same caste, is prohibited. But the practice of Kama with women of the lower castes, with women excommunicated from their own caste, with public women, and with women twice married, is neither enjoined nor prohibited. The object of practising Kama with such women is pleasure only.
Nayikas, therefore, are of three kinds, viz. maids, women twice married, and public women. Gonikaputra has expressed an opinion that there is a fourth kind of Nayika, viz. a woman who is resorted to on some special occasion even though she be previously married to another. These special occasions are when a man thinks thus:
This woman is self-willed, and has been previously enjoyed by many others besides myself. I may, therefore, safely resort to her as to a public woman though she belongs to a higher caste than mine, and, in so doing, I shall not be violating the ordinances of Dharma.
Or thus:
This is a twice-married woman and has been enjoyed by others before me; there is, therefore, no objection to my resorting to her.
Or thus:
This woman has gained the heart of her great and powerful husband, and exercises a mastery over him, who is a friend of my enemy; if, therefore, she becomes united with me she will cause her husband to abandon my enemy.
Or thus:
This woman will turn the mind of her husband, who is very powerful, in my favour, he being at present disaffected towards me, and intent on doing me some harm.
Or thus:
By making this woman my friend I shall gain the object of some friend of mine, or shall be able to effect the ruin of some enemy, or shall accomplish some other difficult purpose.
Or thus:
By being united with this woman, I shall kill her husband, and so obtain his vast riches which I covet.
Or thus:
The union of this woman with me is not attended with any danger, and will bring me wealth, of which, on account of my poverty and inability to support myself, I am very much in need. I shall therefore obtain her vast riches in this way without any difficulty.
Or thus:
This woman loves me ardently, and knows all my weak points; if therefore, I am unwilling to be united with her, she will make my faults public, and thus tarnish my character and reputation. Or she will bring some gross accusation against me, of which it may be hard to clear myself, and I shall be ruined. Or perhaps she will detach from me her husband who is powerful, and yet under her control, and will unite him to my enemy, or will herself join the latter.
Or thus:
The husband of this woman has violated the chastity of my wives, I shall therefore return that injury by seducing his wives.
Or thus:
By the help of this woman I shall kill an enemy of the king, who has taken shelter with her, and whom I am ordered by the king to destroy.
Or thus:
The woman whom I love is under the control of this woman. I shall, through the influence of the latter, be able to get at the former.
Or thus:
This woman will bring to me a maid, who possesses wealth and beauty, but who is hard to get at, and under the control of another.
Or lastly thus:
My enemy is a friend of this woman's husband, I shall therefore cause her to join him, and will thus create an enmity between her husband and him.
For these and similar other reasons the wives of other men may be resorted to, but it must be distinctly understood that is only allowed for special reasons, and not for mere carnal desire.
Charayana thinks that under these circumstances there is also a fifth kind of Nayika, viz. a woman who is kept by a minister, or who repairs to him occasionally; or a widow who accomplishes the purpose of a man with the person to whom she resorts.
Suvarnanabha adds that a woman who passes the life of an ascetic and in the condition of a widow may be considered as a sixth kind of Nayika.
Ghotakamukha says that the daughter of a public woman, and a female servant, who are still virgins, form a seventh kind of Nayika.
Gonardiya puts forth his doctrine that any woman born of good family, after she has come of age, is an eighth kind of Nayika.
But these four latter kinds of Nayikas do not differ much from the first four kinds of them, as there is no separate object in resorting to them. Therefore, Vatsyayana is of opinion that there are only four kinds of Nayikas, i.e. the maid, the twice-married woman, the public woman, and the woman resorted to for a special purpose.
The following women are not to be enjoyed:
A leper
A lunatic
A woman turned out of caste
A woman who reveals secrets
A woman who publicly expresses desire for sexual intercourse
A woman who is extremely white
A woman who is extremely black
A bad-smelling woman
A woman who is a near relation
A woman who leads the life of an ascetic
And, lastly the wife of a relation, of a friend, of a learned Brahman, and of the king
The followers of Babhravya say that any woman who has been enjoyed by five men is a fit and proper person to be enjoyed. But Gonikaputra is of opinion that even when this is the case, the wives of a relation, of a learned Brahman and of a king should be excepted.
The following are of the kind of friends:
One who has played with you in the dust, i.e. in childhood
One who is bound by an obligation
One who is of the same disposition and fond of the same things
One who is a fellow student
One who is acquainted with your secrets and faults, and whose faults and secrets are also known to you
One who is a child of your nurse
One who is brought up with you one who is an hereditary friend
These friends should possess the following qualities:
They should tell the truth
They should not be changed by time
They should be favourable to your designs
They should be firm
They should be free from covetousness
They should not be capable of being gained over by others
They should not reveal your secrets
Charayana says that citizens form friendship with washermen, barbers, cowherds, florists, druggists, betel-leaf sellers, tavern keepers, beggars, Pithamardas, Vitas and Vidushekas, as also with the wives of all these people.
A messenger should possess the following qualities:
Skilfulness
Boldness
Knowledge of the intention of men by their outward signs
Absence of confusion, i.e. no shyness
Knowledge of the exact meaning of what others do or say
Good manners
Knowledge of appropriate times and places for doing different things
Ingenuity in business
Quick comprehension
Quick application of remedies, i.e. quick and ready resources
And this part ends with a verse:
"The man who is ingenious and wise, who is accompanied by a friend, and who knows the intentions of others, as also the proper time and place for doing everything, can gain over, very easily, even a woman who is very hard to be obtained."

Fore play! A womans wish?

Hair & Scalp
Slide your hands through my hair and stroke your nails across my scalp, varying the pressure. Or, wrap a strand around your finger and gently tug -- you'll stimulate pressure points in my scalp, sending tingles of pleasure to other erotic zones. When you hear my sighs of approval, repeat.
Mind
Fantasy alone can produce orgasm in some women. To arouse erotic thoughts and direct them toward my pleasure zones, ask me where I like to be touched (then touch me there); tell me how attractive you find me and whisper how much you love to caress me, while brushing your hands lightly across my body.
Eyes
The eyes are powerful channels for sexual energy, since they can reveal what we're feeling, so keep them open. That doesn't mean you should stare at me and make me feel self-conscious. Blink naturally, and when you do occasionally close your eyes, make some noise so I know that you're simply overcome by pleasure and not avoiding intimacy.
Cheeks
Spend a few minutes dwelling on this often ignored area. My face is one of the most sensitive areas of my body, so use a light touch. Take out my favorite-smelling skin lotion and vary your touch by using the knuckle of one finger, your fingertips and the back of your hand. Caress my cheeks as slowly as you can, then slow that pace down by half.
Mouth
My lips are one of the most sensitive parts of my body-especially my top lip and the area just above it. Use a slow, delicate approach: Nibble on my top lip first, then the bottom. Tease me with your tongue by twirling it around the surface of my lips.Bite gently my upper lips, suck it for sometimes then slowly move on to my toungue. Now it is for you to taste my lower lips. Kiss it and bite it gently; Keep on sucking, you can hear me moaning.
Speaking of tongues, mine is loaded with nerve endings, so consider serving me champagne via your mouth.I won't complain. You know what is champagne; hey... it is nothing but your honey like saliva. Hold my toungue by both of your lips; then caress it by your tooth, move up and down of your tooth on my toungue. Then use the tip of your tongue to dance with the tip of mine.
Ears
Bundles of nerve endings live in and around my ears, making them ultrasensitive to your touch. Use the pads of your index finger and thumb to massage my outer ears with slow, firm movements. Gently squeeze my earlobes.
Explore the area behind my ear with your lips and tongue, then blow lightly. Breath fast; You know the sound of your breath over your nose upon my ears will make me so aroused. Breath... Breath... and whisper something about my body future into my ears. The husk of your voice will light fire on my entire body and it makes me to submit everything of mine to you. Don't be shy about making noise while you're lingering here -- the sound of your breath and moans is a huge turn-on.
Neck
I tend to carry stress in my neck, so if you massage me here, I'll relax and release. The back of my neck has soft, downlike hair that stands on end when stroked. Play on my neck with your nose and lips and it makes me to loose control of myself. Using the lightest touch possible, brush this hair with your fingertips -- it drives me wild.
Breasts
Warning: Don't go straight for my nipples. Pay attention to the area between and to the sides of my breast. Use your palms in a swirling motion up and around my breasts.
Practice: Place a grape between your teeth, and rotate with your tongue. When you can do this without breaking the skin, you've mastered the correct amount of pressure. The pay-off: intense nipple action.
Play on my breasts with your nose and upper lips, then lick, kiss and blow.
Arms & Wrists
The skin is very tender along the inside of my arms and wrists, so tread lightly. Moisten my inner arms with your touch, or lick a trail from my wrist toward my heart. Then blow lightly.
Anywhere I'm ticklish, I'm sensitive, which makes my armpits another capital of arousal. Use your whole hand for a firm touch to prevent tickle torture, which is hardly a turn-on. Advanced trick: Titillate my inner arms with surprising sensations like a rolling pin or pinecone.
Back
My spine is where you'll find a real concentration of nerve endings. Run your nails softly along the length of my spine, teasing me slowly with long, light strokes. Then take a peacock feather and glide it up and down my back.
The area right above my rear end is one of the most sensuous. Go figure. Massage me here, and the tension in my back will dissipate, allowing more blood to flow freely toward my sex organs.
Cover yourself in massage oil, then slowly slide up my body until you're lying on top of me. Caress my back with your stomach. Then sit up and inch forward until your backside is on top of mine. Slide your booty over mine and into the curve of my back. Swirl around in a skin-to-skin body massage.
Rear
As long as you compliment my rear as you play with it, consider it safe terrain for foreplay. When you place pressure on my behind, you're actually rocking my pelvic area forward, which, in turn, places pleasurable pressure on my groin.
Using light and playful pats, drum an exhilarating rhythm with your palms and the sides of your hands or, practice another erotic stimulation -- light biting -- which means caressing me with your teeth, not breaking the skin.
Stomach
Start with my ribs and create a unique static electricity sensation by holding your hand one inch above my body without touching. I'll feel your body heat. When I'm least expecting it, run your fingers up and down my stomach.
When I close my eyes, move down my abdomen and tease me with the point of a paint- or makeup brush in unanticipated places. One of the easiest ways to turn me on is by tantalizing me with a combination of touches that are far from routine.
Groin
Start slowly cowboy. Using the palm of your hand, place pressure over my entire genital region, altering your rhythm and pressure.
Then imagine a clock: With my clitoris at 12 o'clock, place your fingers at 4 o'clock and 8 o'clock -- sensitive nerve bundles are located in my vaginal lips. Experiment with slow strokes and circular motions.
As I get more aroused, stimulate me more directly, by placing a finger on either side of my clitoris and increasing the massage tempo. Then, slowly run your tongue from 6 o'clock to high noon, flicking it over my clitoris as though you're riding over a speed bump. Then circle your lips around my clitoris and enjoy (I know I will!).
Perineum
Anything out of the ordinary ups arousal. The area between my vagina and anus (the perineum) is usually unexplored territory, which makes venturing there so exciting. Plus, the perineum is filled with nerve endings, since it's made from tissue similar to my vaginal lips. Use a light up-and-down stroke here.
G-Spot
Don't be in such a hurry to penetrate me with your fingers. If and when I'm game, place one finger in my vagina with your palm facing up and motion in a "come-hither" movement, so you're stroking the upper wall of my vagina. This area, known as the Grafenberg spot or G spot, should feel rough and start to swell and pulse. That means that I like what you're doing.
Inner Thighs
Think of my inner thighs as the corridor to my sex organs. Massaging my inner thigh with a firm motion will actually move my vaginal lips, which in turn will stimulate my clitoris.
My excitement increases with anticipation, so arouse me, then back off. Introduce unusual materials, like wearing a fur-lined glove inside out. Or, try placing a vibrator between my thighs to get my blood really pumping.
Kneepit
Nerve endings are more intense around my joints, so there's added sensitivity here. Use one finger and tiny one-inch strokes in any way you feel creative. I'll rate the feeling on a scale of 1 (don't do that again) to 10 (yes! yes!). Change the pressure, angle or direction of the stroke, and I'll change the score.
Feet
My feet and toes are filled with nerve endings, making them one of the most sensitive areas on my body.Move your fingers between my toes and across my feet and massage gentle so that i will cry out of ecstacy.

ASTROLOGY IN CONNECTION WITH MARRIAGE
Now is related the effect resulting from the consonance and dissonance, amity and hospitality, between the stars (and destinies) of a couple proposed to be bride and bridegroom.[2] Having ascertained that the houses (kula), the family names (gotra), and the individual dispositions (svabhava) of the postulants are free from inherent blemish,[3] their Gunas (qualities or requisites) must be determined from the zodiacal signs and the asterisms presiding over their birth[4].
The Gunas, number in total thirty-six, of which at least nineteen are requisite for a prosperous match; and thence upwards, the fruit resulting from their influence is proportional to their number.
Observations upon these subjects will be facilitated by the three following tables:
Table I shows the presiding planet, the genus (or nature) and the caste (in theory not in practice) of the questioner, when the zodiacal sign of his birth-time is known. For instance, if Sol be in Aries at the birth of the patient, his planet is Mars; he belongs to the genus quadruped, and he is by caste a Kshatriya or fighting-man.
Zodiacal Sign Presiding Planet Genus Caste
Aries Mars Quadruped Kshatriya
Taurus Venus Quadruped Vaishya
Gemini Mercury Human Shudra
Cancer Moon Insect Brahman
Leo Sun Quadruped Kshatriya
Virgo Mercury Human Vaishya
Libra Venus Human Shudra
Scorpio Mars Insect Brahman
Sagittarius Jupiter Man-horse Kshatriya
Capricornus Saturn Water-man Vaishya
Aquarius Saturn Human Shudra
Pisces Jupiter Aquatic Animal Brahman
[4. The signs and asterisms are set down in the horoscopes, which arc drawn up at the child's birth by competent inquirers.]
Table II
Of Caste the highest No. of Requisites is 1 1
Of Vashya, of keeping in subjection, the highest No. is 2 2
Of the power of Nakshatras or asterisms the highest is 3 3
Of Class the highest No. is 4 4 TOTAL 36
Of Planets the highest No. is 5 5
Of Group the highest No. is 6 6
Of Kuta the highest No. is 7 7
Of Nadi the highest No. is 8 8
Table II shows the number of Guna, or qualities, requisite for a prosperous match distributed under eight heads.
Table III shows the group and class to which a person belongs when the asterism. (Nakshatra, or lunar mansion) of his birth-time is known, together with his Nadi, or hour of twenty-four minutes. The twenty-seven asterisms are classed under three heads: of gods, of men and of demons (Rakshasas), and the asterism determines to which the querent belongs. Moreover, each asterism. is divided into four quarters, and of these nine make one zodiacal sign. The name-letter used in last quarter stands for that quarter.
Table III
Click here, to see the table III
And now to consider the tables more carefully. As is shown by No. II, the Gunas are of various values, and are distributed under eight heads.
1. Caste. If both be of the same, or the caste of the bridegroom be higher, there is one Guna (of the thirty-six) otherwise there is none.
2. Vashya, or keeping in subjection, one of the prime considerations of marriage. If the zodiacal signs of bride and bridegroom be of the same genus (Table 1) this represents two Gunas. If the person kept in subjection be also the "food" of the other, this counts for only one-half (Guna). If there be natural friendship between the genera of the bride and bridegroom this stands for two Gunas; and if one be an enemy to the other, and also keep the other in subjection, it represents only one Guna. The consideration is as follows: To the human genus every quadruped, saving only the lion, remains in subjection; for instance, the quadruped ram is subject to, and is the "food" of, the human genus, with one exception, the Brahman. The same is the case with the fish and the crab amongst lower animals. The scorpion is the general enemy to the human race, and other animals are enemies as well as food. Thus we discover which of the two persons will hold the other in subjection.
3. The Nakshatras (Table III) must be considered as follows: The bride's asterism should be counted from that of the bridegroom, and the number be divided by nine. If the remainder be three, five or seven, it is a sign of bad fortune; and vice versa with all others. Similarly the bridegroom's lunation should be counted from the bride's; and if, after dividing as before by nine, the remainders of both parties indicate good fortune, this counts as three Gunas, the maximum. Only if one portend well, it counts as one Guna and a half: otherwise there is no Guna.
4. Class. Perfect friendship counts for four Gunas; common friendship as three, indifference as two; enmity as one, an exceeding enmity as half a Guna. Perfect friendship can subsist only between two human beings of the same caste. Cows and buffaloes, elephants and rams, live in common friendship. Cows and tigers, horses and buffaloes' lions and elephants, rams and monkeys, dogs and deer, cats and mice, snakes and ichneumons are exceedingly inimical. Common enmity and indifference are easily exemplified by the lives of ordinary men and beasts.
5. Planets. If the presiding planets of both persons be the same, and there be perfect friendship, this counts for five Gunas; or four if only common friendship. If there be friendship with an enemy of the other person it reduces the value to one Guna, and if both have such friendship to one half. In cases of mutual indifference the Gunas amount to three, and if there be mutual enmity there is no Guna.
6. Groups as in Table III. If both belong to the same group, six Gunas are present; also if the bridegroom belong to the god-group and the bride to the man-group. The reverse reduces it five: if the bridegroom be of demon-group, and the bride of god-group, there is only one Guna, and in all other cases none.
7. Kuta, that is the agreement of the zodiacal signs and asterisms of bride and bridegroom. It is of two kinds, auspicious and ill-omened. The Kuta is fortunate if the bride and bridegroom be born in the same sign, but in different asterisms, or in the same asterisms, but in different signs, or, lastly, in the same asterisms but in different quarters. A difference of seven asterisms is also auspicious; for instance, if the bridegroom's asterism be Ashvini (Table III), and that of the bride Pushya. The same is the case with three, four, ten and eleven asterisms, and with a second sign from an even sign; for instance, Cancer being the fourth is an even sign, and if the sign of one party be Cancer and the other Virgo, the Kuta is auspicious. This is also the case with a sixth sign from an even sign; and an eighth and a twelfth from an odd sign. But a second sign, a fifth, a sixth, a ninth, and a twelfth from an odd sign, and an eighth from an even sign, are unfortunate Kutas. The Gunas of Leo and Virgo are both auspicious. If there be a fortunate Kuta, and the sign of the bridegroom be remote from that of the bride, and if there be enmity between the classes of the two, this conjunction will represent six Gunas. If there be the same sign and different asterisms, or the same asterism and different signs, the Gunas number five. In an unfortunate Kuta if there be friendship between the classes of the postulants, and the bride's asterism be remote from that of the bridegroom this counts for four Gunas; but if there be only a single condition, it reduces the requisites to one. In all other cases there is no Kuta.
8. The Nadi or point of time. If the Nadis of the bride and bridegroom be different, as e.g., first and last, first and middle, last and middle, this conjunction represents eight Gunas. The requisites are nil when the Nadi is the same.

Enlightenment through Sex
Hinduism accepted an open attitude towards sex as an art and spiritual practice. The most famous pieces of Indian literature on sex is the Kamasutra. This collection of explicit sexual writings, both spiritual and practical, covers most aspects of human courtship and sexual intercourse. It was put together in this form by the sage Vatsyayana from a 150 chapter manuscript that had itself been distilled from 300 chapters that had in turn come from a compilation of some 100,000 chapters of text. The Kamasutra is thought to have been written in its final form sometime between the third and fifth century CE
Over time, in the history of the evolution of Hinduism, almost every sexual technique conceivable was practiced and venerated in one sect or another. Fellatio, cunnilingus, masturbation (with an impressive array of aids) and prostitution were discussed, tolerated or practiced.
Sexual intercourse was seen as a way to combine the male and female energies, which were seen as originating from the Cosmos. This process was deemed so crucial to spiritual advancement that temples were built for this purpose. The most famous was built in 1565 CE in Guahati, Assam and dedicated to the goddess of love Kamakhya or simply Kama.
WHAT IS SEXUAL CONTINENCE?
Implying a sexual intercourse with no semen emission, but reaching an unlimited number of orgasms by the two lovers (at the same time or separately), sexual continence is based on a full and conscious control of the sexual function by the man and the woman.
From the perspective of the practitioners, sexual intercourse in these circumstances was very purposeful. There were strict guidelines to follow. The goal was to increase the concentration of divine energy in the practitioners. This was accomplished through extreme discipline and by following a prescribed methodology. Intercourse could only take place when the woman was sexually excited, after which, depending on the sect, the man would not ejaculate at all or would do so only after the woman had at least one, or preferably many orgasms.
The reasoning derived from the Hindu belief that through intercourse, semen both male (bindu) and female (amrita), could be concentrated in the body. It was then preferable to redirect the semen through the body rather than outside it as this then appropriated the divine energy to the benefit of the practitioners.
The idea of "cultivating" sexual energy by deferring or avoiding ejaculation can be found in ancient practice. It is believed that women had much larger sexual appetites and the capacity for multiple orgasms and hence had more sexual energy. It was assumed that a woman could experience innumerable orgasms without experiencing any physiological, psychological, or sexual harm and still be 'enlightened', whereas a man "once he ejaculates loose his interest in sex, totally drained of all of his desire." Therefore, a man should strive to bring a woman too many orgasms and delay his own because he would then benefit from her energy. The longer that a man could stay within the yoni, and the more orgasms he could solicit from the woman, the more yin energy he could absorb.
Advice to the Male Practitioner
It is important to note that the motivation for prolonged intercourse and encouraging sexual pleasure and orgasm in women is the state of bliss. To avoid "premature ejaculation" it is advised that When, during the sexual act, the man feels he is about to ejaculate, he should quickly and firmly, using the fore and middle fingers of the left hand, put pressure on the spot between scrotum and anus (called the "million dollar point"), simultaneously inhaling deeply and gnashing his teeth scores of times, without holding his breath. Then the semen will be activated but not yet emitted, it returns from the Jade Stalk and enters the brain. At the last moment, the man closes his eyes and concentrates his thoughts by pressing his tongue against the roof of his mouth, bending his back, and synchronizing his breath with that of his partner, he will not ejaculate and the semen will ascend inward on its own account. A complex interaction between the female energy and the male navel chakra resulted in the conversion of the vital but previously constrained male semen into a vital force (referred to as bindu) which then, "... whisked up through ... to the chakra at the top of the head, "the thousand-petalled lotus," which opened into the void, the eternal bliss of nothingness.
As a superior form of erotism, sexual union makes possible the biological turning of the sexual creative potential into superior forms of energy like mental and spiritual energy, through stimulating some ineffable processes of inner sublimation.
What is the Enlightenment one gets through Sex?
1. It harmonizes the structure of the body naturally and quickly
An intercourse experienced with continence is not only extraordinarily pleasant but moreover, it is equivalent to one hour of playing tennis or to 45 minutes of jogging. Besides the anti-stress molecules (endorphins), which are produced by secretion through sexual prolonged pleasure, these molecules may alleviate the bulimic attack as if by magic. Thus one may give up jogging or the monotonous antifatness treatment in favor of the frenetic love games with sexual continence.
2. It regenerates the blood
From 15 breathing motions per minute, at rest, during the intercourse with continence, due to excitation, one can attain 30 breathing motions. Therefore both the male body and the female one are better irrigated, better oxygenated. Thus almost all the residua of dioxide carbon are quickly burnt and the blood is regenerated naturally.
3. It naturally and quickly stimulates digestion
According to some researches, the saliva which is spontaneously exchanged between the two lovers during the intercourse experienced with sexual continence facilitates digestion and has good and deep effects upon the strengthening of the immunity system.
4. It regulates the menstruation naturally and diminishes it very much reducing it up to one or two days
A reduced disorganized sexual life without sexual continence is often translated (for a woman) into an irregular, long-lasting (6-7 days) menstruation which appears to be or in a great quantity or even painful. On the contrary, the sexual intercourse always experienced with continence supports among others the hormonal equilibrium and it implicitly regulates the menstruation naturally. On the other hand, specialized investigations showed that the women who have tens of multiple and prolonged orgasms, without discharging of sexual energy produce a great quantity of endorphins by secretion and have a short-lasting, regular and painless menstruation. In the case of those women who have been practicing this kind of love for a long time, the menstruation is stopped for 3-4 months consecutively and the respective women feel wonderful and they are full of energy.
5. In the case of women sexual continence leads to a natural growing of the breasts
Due to intense excitation and the growing of the sanguine flow, breasts may naturally increase their volume up to 25% during a sexual intercourse experienced with sexual continence. It has been proved that the breasts become more sensitive to sensuous caresses, which easily produces the woman delicious sensations.
6. It accelerates the intestinal transit
The deep and extensive contraction of the abdominal muscles, which takes place during the intercourse experienced with sexual continence, produces a complex and natural abdominal massage, which among others stimulates the intestinal transit.
7. It naturally tones up the abdominal muscles
Making love only with sexual continence, intensely and often for a long time, the abdominal muscles are pleasantly and naturally stimulated. The stimulator is the diaphragm. Placed between the abdominal belt and lungs, this important muscle contracts rhythmically and harmoniously due to the breath acceleration and thus it stimulates the abdominal muscles.
8. The sleep is improved and the hours which are earmarked for sleeping decrease naturally
It is known that, generally, the prolonged pleasure is an excellent sedative for the man. But it acts almost as for the woman. These extraordinary, tranquillizing, calming effects are produced by endorphins.
9. It diminishes and in time it dissolves anxiety
Making love only with continence quickly endows us with qualities among which we should remember: the lack of stress, deep relaxation, high spirits, euphoria, and the sense of humor. At the origin of these effects there is the same massive secretion of the endorphins, which appears in the moment of the orgasms with no semen emission in the man's case and with no discharge of sexual energy in the woman's case. At the same time implying a physical activity, the experience of making love with sexual continence frenetically allows others the quick elimination of the muscular, nervous and psychic tensions.
10. It naturally stimulates the circulation of the blood
During the sexual excitation, the sanguine flow significantly grows both in the erogenous zones and in the whole body. Then the arteries relax easily. Also, the intense pleasure which is produced makes them gradually dilate, thus stimulating a good condition and immense happiness.

Sex, A Tapas
Vedic Experts in the art of kama suggest devoting at least 30 to 45 minutes per day several times a week with your partner exploring and discovering each other's sexuality and spirituality. How do you do this?
The next step is extremely important. Unlike modern sex, you can't just find any partner, jump in the sack and partake in Tantric sex. You must become attuned to your and your partner's body and soul. This takes total commitment to the Tantric lifestyle because it requires a lot of time and practice.
First, create an atmosphere of relaxation and warmth. Choose a warm, quiet, dimly-lit room as your practice area. Burn incense, play soft music, light candles -- whatever makes you and your partner relax. Disconnect the phone, make sure the kids aren't around and just let go of your life for awhile.
There are three parts to your practice session:
Appreciating Your Partner, Harmonized Breathing and Two Bodies as One. Do each exercise for about a week or so before moving on to the next.
Appreciating your partner involves staring into each other's eyes while breathing deeply and relaxing. Sit facing each other, crossing your legs and resting your hands on your own knees with your palms up, in a kind of meditation position. Look into each other's eyes and breath deeply into your nose and out through your mouth. Continue this for about 15 minutes. Ideally, you should both be naked, but if this makes it too tempting to delve into other sexual activities, maybe you should put on a robe or nightgown. As you stare and breath, don't speak to each other, laugh, smile or let your mind wander. The purpose of this exercise is to become truly intimate with your mate by looking into his or her soul.
The next exercise, harmonized breathing, involves relaxing and synchronizing your breathing with your partner's. You can either lie together in the "spooning" position (both of you facing the same direction), touching back to chest, or sit cross-legged, facing each other, looking into each other's eyes and touching your foreheads together. Begin to take deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth. When you become comfortable with your own breathing, focus on your partner's and try to attune your breathing with your mate's. Inhale together, hold for a moment while you contract your genital muscles and release both the muscles and the air together. Continue this for about 5 to 10 minutes and resist the temptation to engage in any further sexual activities.
For the last exercise, Two Bodies as One, both you and your partner lie flat, ideally on the floor, with your feet touching your partner's feet. You both bend your knees and interlock your legs in a type of "two-headed spider" position. Make sure you are both comfortable and don't move from the position for about 15 minutes. While you lie together, let go of the feeling that you are one body attached to another. Experience your two bodies melting into one. You can also perform this exercise by sitting face-to-face and placing your hands palms-up on your partner's knees (while he or she does the same). Relax all of your muscles, close your eyes and press your foreheads together. Again, hold the position for about 15 minutes.
After you've practiced these exercises for a few weeks and mastered them, truly becoming in tune with yourself and your partner, you may move on to further sex activities.
Celebrate sex
Honor your love-making with soft lights, sweet music, candles, massage, flowers, perfume - that kind of thing. Concentrate on what you're doing - i.e. pay attention to sex and devote your time to it, not to the TV or household distractions. Communicate with your partner through poetry, readings or verse, or something that you have written especially for her. Or him. These techniques are about the human soul, and whatever gender the two people having sex actually are, they both have a soul that is crying out for communication and contact with the soul of another human being.
Synchronize your breathing & touch each other lovingly
Synchronized breathing helps to establish the connection that I mentioned above. It works well when the two partners are close together physically, perhaps massaging and touching. And there is a whole body of thought devoted to the idea that sexual contact this close and intimate can be healing to the spirit, and overcome problems of emotional disturbance, anxiety, and depression.
You can establish great intimacy by letting your breathing come into the same rhythm as that of your partner's, and by focusing on her body as you do so.
For a more satisfying copulation here are three golden rules. Remember them and pleasure is guaranteed.
Rule No.1 - Women first. Allow her to reach orgasm before the man. This can be achieved by whatever arousal methods she needs. This is not chivalry, its physiology. After orgasm and ejaculation men need a period of recovery before a repeat performance. Whereas women need no recovery time and can have repeated orgasms.
Rule No. 2 - She decides the time of penetration. The woman should determine when penetration takes place and also whether she is on top or he is on top. By letting her take the lead, she is more likely to satisfy herself and in the process satisfy him too.
Rule No.3 - The woman must always guide the penis in. She should control the speed of proceeding to climax and letting her guide him in makes sure this happens.
The rules acknowledge that it is the man, and not the woman, who is more sexually fragile. Women have a much greater capacity for sexual response than a man ever dreamed of. As one ages, sex life declines - because of him, not because of her.
Practicing these simple rules for sexual intercourse, wipe out almost all those sexual problems. So follow these rules and have a great time forever.
Sex : Sex is a tapas. It should be practiced only with saha dharmani. A healthy person should enjoy sex every fourth day in the autumn and spring, once in fifteen days in summer and monsoon and to one's satisfaction in winter. Better to avoid sex on Tuesday, Saturday Sunday. Anal sex should be avoided. Avoid sex within four hours of your diet.

Eight Orders of Women

First, let it be understood, that women must be divided into eight classes of temperament. These are:-
1. Devasatva-stri
2. Munushyasatva-stri
3. Nagasatva-stri
4. Gandharvasatva-stri
5. Bootasatva-stri
6. Yakshasatva-stri
7. Arakkiasatva-stri
8. Pisachasatva-stri
Devasatva-stri
The Devasatva-stri, who belongs to the Gods, is cheerful and lively, pure-bodied and clean, with perspiration perfumed like the lotus-flower; she is clever, wealthy and industrious, of sweet speech and benevolent, always delighting in good works; her mind is sound as her body, .nor is she ever tired or displeased by her friends.
The Devasatva-stris are born in any of the following four stars;
1.Uthiram
2.Anusham
3.Thiruvonam
4.Uthirattathi
Those who are born under the star Uthiram:
They are beautiful and perfect in the physical appearance. They are very firm in their principles and they are woman of good character.
Those who are born under the starAnusham:
These woman have faces like flowers(Lotus). They have long noses, big eyes, fertile breasts and a body with a sweat smell. They are very affectionate and child like in their utterances.
Those who are born under the star Thiruvonam:
The Thiruvonam woman is fair in complexion and fond of wealth. She has knowledge as well as love. Though she gets angry frequently, she has a tender heart. She is much attached to her husband.
Those who are born under the star Uthirattathi:
The appearance of The Devasatva-stri resembles that of a statue. Her bosom is hard, full and high; her neck is goodly shaped as the conch-shell, so delicate that the saliva can be seen through it; her nose is straight and lovely, and three folds or wrinkles cross her middle, about the umbilical region. She walks with swan-like gait, and her voice is musical as the note of the Kokila-bird; she delights in white raiment, in fine jewels, and in rich dresses. Tantra

The ultimate pleasure destination

What is Tantra?
A hypothesis and the principles derived out of it make the rock bottom of any systemised knowledge. When the same principle is ascertained as law, it is rendered the form of pure science. Now it is clear that science is the knowledge brought under general principles through minute analysis and experimentation.
Tantra is an eminent science having thousands of principles. In fact, it is the system of our life and a science of practice and practical knowledge. Through Tantra, we can attain superb powers by attracting and deriving the divine faculties pervading the entire cosmos. The aspirant of Tantra makes his internal capacity sharp and intensely forceful just like a magnet. This science is the process of activating the various dormant vital glands and Chakras of the astral form, present inside the human body. It makes us aware of the truth that a person can get liberation from his own subjugation, can achieve immense power and even with the physical body present, can free himself from his body and expand his faculties infinitely.
Each and every element of the nature is associated with the other. Every action has a definite basis and for that action, there also exists an equal and opposite reaction. This uninterrupted succession of atomic process is going on in our atmosphere. Formation of water vapours, rain from the clouds due to attraction between positively and negatively charged atoms, storms, tempest and earthquakes, all are interrelated to each other.
Tantra is the process of intensification of our peculiar inner potentialities so that we can command this atomic arrangement which in other words is known as 'Siddhi'. The flow of energy is going on ceaselessly in the environment and when your own inner energy becomes capable of influencing the external ones, nothing will remain impossible for you and this is the science of Tantra in which the aspirant's wish is first and foremost.
Fear of Tantra is baseless
The notions of an ordinary person about Tantra are not worthy to mention as this science of power has been misused very much. Those who are quite conversant with Tantra, by awakening their internal cosmic faculties, acquire knowledge to progress ahead and by activating the internal Chakras become ultimately successful in attaining Self realisation and thereby Supreme Bliss, whereas the imperfect Tantriks focus their attention towards the leftist part which hitherto has been utilised by such Tantriks in causing pain and harm to others and in achieving sensual enjoyment. Thus they involve themselves in a wrong direction. Although they can cause damage to the common men, yet eventually such Tantriks undergo severe sufferings and their lives get highly miserable.
This is human nature that every person focuses his attention first on the bad aspect of any subject and not on the virtuous one. This attitude proves harmful to them. As I have said earlier that Tantra is a process of activating internal cosmic faculties of the invisible world and making them favourable for oneself. During this process, that vigorous energy at first affects the person who is trying to overpower it and if at that time the aspirant does not get frightened, the divine energy itself behaves like a slave and then performs all the miraculous deeds at the will of the aspirant. To explain further I am citing an illustration- If you go outside during winter without wearing woollen clothes, what will happen? The frozen particles of cold wave will fall violently upon you and you will fall sick. But in case you are totally prepared- you have a healthy physique covered with woollen clothes, cold cannot affect you in any way and you will proceed ahead without any fear. The same is the case with Tantra. If you are not afraid, have the required equipment and also a sound knowledge then Tantra is the easiest way for you to acquire the divine powers.
To emerge successful in Tantra, fearlessness as well as elevation of inner consciousness are absolutely essential because in this Sadhana, the power is to be evolved from within.
Confidentiality in Tantra
In our ancient scriptures, there is great emphasis on the fact that the real Tantra should be kept confidential. What is the reason behind this secrecy? If this science has got usefulness, it should be popularised and propagated everywhere, every person should have its knowledge. But this is not the case. What is the reason behind it?
The real Tantra and its secrets were passed on verbally by the competent Guru to his disciples only. The disciples memorised that science and also got realisation of 'Siddhi' but the Guru got his disciples to promise that this knowledge would be granted to only those who really deserved it. So they had this relevant argument behind their secrecy. As I have written above that every action has equal and opposite reaction. For example if you disturb anyone - tease a dog, bull or snake, it will certainly attack you. You should have strength to fight them and ultimately bring them under your control. The same is true for Tantra. If a suspicious, weak and fearful person starts Tantra Sadhna, he on experiencing some distress or crisis, generally leaves it midway and thus puts himself in danger due to reversible reaction of the Sadhna because at that moment the inner energy of the aspirant is feeble and so is easily overpowered by the external forces. This is the reason why only a competent Guru is capable to impart the knowledge of Tantra. A Guru minutely and completely analyses the disciple and on getting assured that his disciple would never misuse that power, he starts teaching Tantra Sadhna. Immediately after getting success, the aspirant becomes very much energetic and his vigorous activities must be utilised for public welfare as well as for Self Realisation and not for causing harm to others.
Due to the afore mentioned reasons, the methods of Tantra Sadhnas have been written incompletely, or in symbols and one, who performs Sadhna according to what is written in scriptures can never be successful as the complete knowledge can be attained only through the guidance of a Guru.
How Tantra became a taboo
What then happened in between that has made Tantra a taboo today ?
Perusal of the past reveals that after Gorakhnath pseudo gurus like Bhayanand started the misuse of Tantra and thus got introduced vile practices like meat eating, sex and money spinning into the system. These false Tantriks not just used these rather expounded that without them success is impossible in field of Tantra. These unconscientious one's even stooped so low as to resort to drinking, rape and swindling.
It was then but natural for the common man to keep distance from such practicers who were unfortunately more in number than real masters of Tantra. Soon society began to shun Tantra and a belief was generated that Tantra itself is a vile practice and has no useful applications in life.
But the problem was not with Tantra rather with the charlatans who used Tantra as an excuse to give vent to their beastly cravings. In fact Tantra is a science that can instill totality in life. A question may arise that when there are Mantras to procure divine blessings why do we need Tantra?
Wise and capable persons do not come to their conclusions in a moment, but only after a careful analysis of any thing. When the left wing of Tantra got predominant and those, who were keen to do these leftist Sadhnas for their petty and selfish ends, did not get success, they turned into big critics of Tantra and only those persons created misconceptions about Tantra.
Apart from this, the British education and Moghal's culture had an attack on the fundamental elements of Indian society i.e. religious rites, Mantra, Tantra etc. They were aware of the fact that this great science of Vedas, Upnishads and Mantras was responsible for the highly elevated Indian culture, so they thought that if they circulated misconceptions against this science, the Indian people would spontaneously become slaves and unfortunately they succeeded in their evil mission. It should be remembered that psychological subjugation is more dangerous than physical one and this was the mental dependence which caused our deterioration from the heights of prosperity.
The objective of 'Mantra Tantra Yantra Vigyan' is to present the proper and complete knowledge of these occult sciences in simplest form before the people so that they themselves verify it and emerge successful in life through it's use. Only then this science will flourish and we will get deliverance from mental over subjugation and will also regain our self respect and an exalted spiritual stature.
The Real Benefits of Tantra
Tantra is basically the source of energy and if you master this science, you can easily conquer your materialistic obstacles, other persons can be influenced by you and their activities can be channelised according to your own will. The harmful effects of planets, influences of an evil eye and evil spirits can be removed. It is also helpful as a remedy of mental tension, unbearable pain and other physical and psychological ailments. The scope of Tantra is very wide including Vashikaran, Maran, Ucchattan, Hypnotism, Divine Vision etc., which in many ways are beneficial in modern life.
In fact, Tantra leads to the path of self surrender and it pertains to all the aspects of physical and parapsychological life. Life, a divine gift bestowed upon by the Almighty can be fully purposeful by regenerating one's inner creative faculties and giving 'Karma', a predominant role in our lives and this is the genesis of life's purposefulness and success.
An unchallenged master of Tantra himself, Gurudev's Sadhana discourses often pivoted on this science and he once said :
"One who fears Tantra cannot be a human ; and a Sadhak he never can be. In the times of Guru Gorakhnath Tantra was a much respected science popular in all stratas of society for it has in it solutions to all problems of life.
Actually Mantra is a prayer, it is a request put to the concerned deity to help one. But it is not necessary that the deity shall be moved by one's plea. On the other hand if one uses Tantra one could compel the divine power to help. Tantra in fact is a guarantee that the concerned deity shall without fail have to shower its blessings.
A prayer may fail to touch the heart of the deity but Tantra forces it to grant the desired boon. The Sadhanas in Tantra and Mantra methods might appear similar yet Tantra is a thousand fold more powerful and unfailing.
Tantra gains all the more significance in the present times when every person has no spare time on hands. One cannot be expected to devote several hours each day to long Sadhana procedures. Today every one wishes for instant success and Tantra sure can bring it ; for Tantra means performing a Sadhana by a special meticulous procedure. Nothing is left to chance and all aspects are taken care of, so that success is sure and instant.
Still if due to human weakness some imperfection creeps into the Sadhana or Mantra chanting there are no negative results as is often (wrongly) believed by most people. Only result shall be that the desired wish shall not be fulfilled, but then one could try again.
Tantra is a jewel of the Sadhana world that can solve quickly and effectively all problems of human life like poverty, misery, unhappy married life, being childless, jobless, failure in business or health and so on. To resort to Tantra means adopting a sure way to success."
Simply available as a path to experience full enlightenment, Tantra doesn't ask you to believe anything. In fact, it says let go of all belief systems. Seek out a teacher that can guide you through the essential experience. In the experience itself you! will discover your oneness with the universe.

Congress Method-1
There are three forms of Vissrishti, or the emission of Kama-salila, both in men and women., viewed with respect to length or shortness of time:
1. Chirasambhava-vissrishti is that which occupies a great length of time.
2. Madhyasambhava-vissrishti is that which is accomplished within a moderate period.
3. Shighrasambhava-vissrishti is that which takes a short time to finish.

Again, there are three degrees of Vega, that is to say, force of carnal desire, resulting from mental or vital energy and acting upon men and women. In order to make this clear, a comparison may be instituted. Hunger, for instance, is felt by all human beings, but it affects them differently. Some must satisfy it at once, without which they are ready to lose their senses; others can endure it for a moderate extent, whilst others suffer from it but little. The Vegas, or capacities of enjoyment, are:
1. Chanda-vega, furious appetite or impulse; the highest capacity.
2. Madhyama-vega, or moderate desires.
3. Manda-vega, slow or cold concupiscence; the lowest capacity.
The woman who possesses Chanda-vega, may be known by her ever seeking carnal enjoyment; she must enjoy it frequently and she will not be satisfied with a single orgasm. If deprived of it, she will appear like one out of her senses. The reverse is she who has Manda-vega, and who seems to find in it so little enjoyment that she always denies herself to her husband. And the owner of Madhyama-vega is the most fortunate, as she is free from either excess.
Again, there are three Kriyas, acts or processes which bring on the orgasm in men and women; these are:
1. Chirodaya-kriya, is applied to the efforts which continue long before they bear any result.
2. Madhyodaya-kriya, those which act in. a moderate time.
3. Laghudaya-kriya, the shortest.
Thus we may observe there are nine several forms of congress, according to the length and depth of the organs. There are also nine, determined by the longer or shorter period required to induce the orgasm and there are nine which arise from the Kriyas or processes which lead to the conclusion. Altogether we have twenty-seven kinds of congress, which, by multiplying the nine species and the three periods, give a grand total of two hundred and forty-three (9 X 9 = 81 X 3 = 243).

Congress Method-2
Women, be it observed, differ greatly in the seasons which they prefer for enjoyment, according to their classes and temperaments. The Padmini, for instance, takes no satisfaction in night congress; indeed, she is thoroughly averse to it. Like the Surya Kamala (day-lotus) which opens its eyes to the sunlight, so she is satisfied even by a boy-husband in the bright hours. The Chitrini and the Shankhini are like the Chandra Kamala, or night-lotus, that expands to the rays of the moon; and the Hastini, who is the coarsest, ignores all these delicate distinctions.
The following tables, then, show the Pahar, or watch of the night and day, during which the four classes of women derive the greatest pleasure.

And here it will be observed that the Chitrini and the Shankhini derive no satisfaction from day congress.
Thus did the arch-poet, Kalyana Malla, relate unto Ladkhan Rajah how women are divided into four classes, each of which has its own peculiarity of body and mind, and its several times of enjoyments, according to the state of the moon and the hour of the day or night.
Congress Method-3
And, further, let men know that passion resides in different parts and members of the woman's person, and that by applying to these the necessary Chandrakala, great comfort and pleasure are experienced by both husband and wife. On the other hand, if the process placed in the table opposite the respective days of the lunar fortnight be not performed, neither sex will be thoroughly satisfied; indeed, both will be disposed to lust after strange embraces, and thus they will be led by adultery into quarrels, murders, and other deadly sins, all of which may be avoided by studying and bearing in mind the Chandrakala.

Passion resides in the woman's right side during the Shuklapaksha, the first or light fortnight of the lunar month, from new moon to full, including the fifteenth day. The reverse is the case on the dark fortnight, including its first day, and lasting from the full to the new moon. The shifting is supposed to take place by the action of light and darkness, otherwise the site of passion would be one and the same.
Now from generals, Kalyana Malla, the poet, proceeds to particulars, and supplies details concerning the four different classes of women. He begins with the Padmini, and shows, firstly, in what limb or member passion resides; and, secondly, by what process it can be satisfied. The husband must continue his action till. he sees the body-hair bristle, and hears the Sitkara[2]--the inarticulate sound produced by drawing in the air between the closed teeth. Thus he will know that the paroxysm has taken place, and the beloved one is thoroughly satisfied.

Know your Date: Timing the Sex
Avoid any new ventures on any of your birth star days. On these days you will be a bit of tense and the body level pressure is likely to be fluctuating than normal days.
Avoid all important decision makings on the Chandraashtama days i.e. when moon transits through the eighth house to your moon sign. These days are very bad, especially people born on the Krishna Paksha i.e. after full moon day but before New moon day.
Also avoid Pradamai thithi - i.e. the immediate next day to New moon & Full moon days, then Ashtami & Navami - i.e. 8th & 9th days from New moon and Full moon days.
So far said is for common and avoidable days to start or begin any new ventures. The next is most vital that it deals with your personal life.
For every married couple, who are planning to have a child, the aforesaid stars, thithi and Chandraashtama applies more so if one intends to go for a child. In addition to above days they will have to avoid Bharani and Krittika nakshatra days too. If the couple can avoid all above dates/days, they will get hardly six to eight days left in a month to have physical relationship among husband & wife. Added to these 3 to 5 days gone - whence the natural monthly cycle period passes. (This mostly occurs during the avoidable Chandraashtama or Janma nakshatra days only for the majority of women, I can safely state here).
When then one gets the opportune time to plan and get their issues/child? Is there any suitable days recommended, especially for newly wedded couples? What if they enjoy life as they wish & like?
I just give below the negative aspect in the first place. So that one can understand the importance of Thithi & Nakshatra and find out a solution to fit there needs!
**A woman conceiving on a Amavasya (new moon day) or Pradamai(the immediate second day from new moon/or of a full moon day thithis, delivers a spastic/under developed child or mentally unsound child.
**Women who conceive on her Chandraashtama day delivers a child who will be weak, suffers frequent ailments and illness and suffers with memory loss in the young age it self.
** If conceived on the Ashtami or Navami thithis, then the child likely to grow with some arrogance, aggressive tendency and never learns to adjust to the surroundings/situations.
** If Amavasya day also happens to be the Chandraashtama day for women who conceived on that day, and if Surya Dasha/Buktis too runs then, the child born will, mostly be blind or with defective eye sight.
** In addition a couple has to avoid having sex, a day when the husband goes for hair cutting (this is to avoid barber itch - related deceases), when one takes oil bath (to avoid body over heating) and when any of them suffering from dysentery (to maintain normal kidney functioning).
** Also one has to avoid sex on the day when any one of them goes on fasting, feeling headache, or any other urinary infections.
** If a couple can avoid having sex on the aforesaid days and follows strictly and plans for a child, the conceiving probability will be high on the other days, thus giving birth to a good and healthy baby.
** The timing for this should be chosen between 3 and 5 AM on any suitable day. By this timing, food consumed earlier night is almost digested and the early morning freshness in the air/ozone layer is rekindling one's body and mind. This timing called as "Brahma Muhurtham" in the Vedic scripts.

The study of Venus's position into the Zodiac gives us very important information about the way a human being manifests her feelings and preferences, what she likes most, what she is attracted of, the type of eroticism she presents, who she express herself into a relationship and what she expect from it.
When speaking about a man's natal chart, Venus's position gives us also important information about the woman he prefers as a lover.
Let's now proceed studying the twelve position of Venus into the Zodiac:
VENUS IN ARIES
The natives who have this astrological position tend to have many experiences in the sentimental and erotic field, falling in love unexpectedly and sometimes even at the first sight.
The person can seem very unstable and unfaithful but in fact she/he only wants to live the relationship to a high intensity and, as by the time passing the intensity usually diminishes, they prefer to fall in love again than to fight for an old relationship.
The persons who don't have the courage to throw themselves in an adventure annoy them and they don't like to elaborate plans.
They have a fiery and passionate disposition and a very direct way of expressing their feelings.
This position predisposes them to be heart-brokers and for enjoying love-fights. They also have the tendency to resume old love affaires.
Their lives are very adventurous and they don't like the idea of marriage, or if they get married they do it unexpectedly.
They can be impressed if they meet a person more passionate than they are, and in this case they can surprise us by their unexpected faithfulness.
VENUS IN TAURUS
This position gives a very strong predisposition to enjoy life, to taste the carnal pleasures, and makes them very sensitive to the physical attraction and physical contact, to the smell, to the tone of the voice and generally to whatever detail might rise their hyper-sensuous senses.
Their feelings take time to grow and each time a person attracts them, their desire increase up to one point when they turn into a passion.
When their hearts are trapped in this net of the attraction, they generally go on till they fulfill their desires and if the physical relationship is not possible they can become very frustrated.
If they are satisfied they prove to be very good lovers, offering much pleasure and attention to the persons they are with, taking care of their lovers' needs and fulfilling their desires.
When they are in a relationship they tend to attach themselves, they often become possessive and tend to ask for exclusivity but in their turn they tend to be faithful to their relationships.
VENUS IN GEMINI
They are characterized by a great amount of curiosity, which is the main reason for which they begin a relationship.
Their feelings can be compared with the images from a kaleidoscope, which can captivate us by their beauty but are not twice the same.
They have an inborn taste for love-plays, for flirtation, for short relationships, sometimes with totally unknown people.
They manifest the tendency to have very many relationships at the same time, to which they don't pay much attention but which can make them feel good because they don't have the time to get annoyed.
They are not especially preoccupied by the physical interaction in itself but by the novelty.
Their sentimental life may be compared with the image of a butterfly, flying from flower to flower, never stopping in one place. The faithfulness is not their forte, and they don't like the possessive lovers.
They don't bother to fight for a relationship if they are confronted with some troubles, and they tend to fly away from a serious relationship.
They generally posses a very good sense of dissimulation, which help them solve their conflicts in a friendly way.
They are also endowed with a lot of spontaneity, they like the surprises and they are very communicative and you don't risk to get bored as long as you are in their company.
VENUS IN CANCER
This position endows the natives with a romantic disposition, which makes them look for their perfect pair and dream of the day when they meet each other.
They are very sensitive, very tender, sweet, well disposed, and they have a very intimate charm and grace.
They can be very shy at the beginning of a relationship, but if you approach them in a very delicate way, they will begin to trust you and they will show you their warm feelings.
This position gives the natives a very deep tenderness, the power to sacrifice their own desires for the well being of the persons they love and the ability to create a warm and intimate atmosphere around them.
They love very much their family and their home for which they do anything to better protect. They also love children and it is very easy for them to take care of their children.
Sometimes this position can give the natives a certain emotional instability, a very strong need for protection and a deep attachment to the image of their mothers.
When they love someone, they do almost everything in order to be with their beloved and are able to completely ignore their needs in order to make the others happy.
They are extremely devoted to their families and are faithful to their lovers.
They are very affected by the idea of separation and they will not leave from a relationship if there is the lightest chance to save it, unless you hurt them very badly.
VENUS IN LEO
The persons who have Venus in Leo like very much to be admired, to be in the center of everybody's attention and they manifest their presence in a very expansive way, needing much room in order to appear in their spectacular way.
Because of their constant preoccupation for their glamour they can often seem empathic and even artificial.
They have strong passions, but they don't display them, letting the other perceive them only in a noble, dignified disposition.
They can be conquered by adoring them, praising their qualities and offering them gifts, and they can be approached by giving them the opportunity of manifesting their generosity.
When they feel in love, they use all their talents to seduce the person they love, looking better than ever, but they would not do anything explicitly because they can't accept the fact of being refused. They just shine and expect the others to pay their homage.
When they agree to begin a relationship, they have the pretension to become the center of the other's life, but in their turn they are very devoted to their relationship and want to make the other feel their regal nobility and generosity.
They are generally too proud to show their problems and they prefer to solve them alone. But if you are the lucky person of whom they fall in love, then you would transform your life into a great feast.
VENUS IN VIRGO
The feelings are more reserved, discrete, the person being rather predisposed to censure his emotions and rationalize them.
Sometimes they manifest a strong aspiration towards purity. They tend not to manifest either their feelings or emotions or their eroticism because they have a powerful need to mentally control the situation.
Even when they fall in love they don't want to loose their control, compensating their feelings by a continuous analysis of their relationships, by a very keen criticism and an ironical behavior.
They have to understand that love can't be understood with the limited mental abilities, it can't be rationalized. Because of their reticence, they need much time to trust someone, but when they assume a relationship they tend to be faithful.
They don't like the superficialities of the love play and they are not quite the romantic type, but with them you can be sure you'll have someone to get you on earth and they have a very good capacity of sublimating low impulses into mental understanding.
VENUS IN LIBRA
This position gives much charm and attractiveness, grace and kindness. The lovers of the person with Venus in Libra will be delighted by the way this native know to offer them peace, harmony and refined pleasures.
The natives love very much the courteous persons and they have a good sense of the human relationships.
Sometimes they use intuition and empathy in order to make the others feel well to such an extent that they can give the impression of a complete affective participation although they only want to create a harmonious atmosphere.
They know very well how to enjoy every movement and they fully live their privacy with their lovers. They are predisposed to a comfortable life and they like to live in a luxurious environment.
They are remarkable by their aesthetic sense, their general sensibility to beauty and their life with their beloved and they are expert in bringing happiness into their couple. They seem to be created for union and marriage.
VENUS IN SCORPIO
In this case the lethal attractions are the keyword. The person has very strong emotions, and their intensity may determine her not to take care of the social conveniences and becoming unscrupulous when speaking about erotic issues.
They generally have very much sex appeal, but they are not a model in what love is concerned. They are full of passion, they live very intensely their lives and they are often extremist, passing very easily from love to hate and the way round.
They tend to become jealous and they have a revengeful disposition. They don't know any inhibition in lovemaking and they expect from the others to behave in the same way.
They are endowed with an inborn sense of eroticism and they are generally precocious in this field. For them, the erotic life is extremely important in a relationship and they tend to mix up the attraction with the love.
They can be attracted up to the point of becoming erotically obsessed and they like the relationships that can produce them very intense and unusual experiences in their erotic life.
For the persons they really love, they can be very good allies, sustaining them with the same passion with which they make love.
VENUS IN SAGITTARIUS
This position of Venus predisposes the natives to guide their relationships according to a high spiritual ideal, love being for them a way of manifesting the universal laws.
The principles and the intentions are more important for them than the exterior actions, and they guide themselves according to the moral values they accept and understand.
Sometimes they manifest their liberty as a disposition to adventure, and they assume the risk of experiencing new aspects of life they haven't yet known, fully enjoying what life offers to them.
Other times their lives can be devoted to a principle in which they believe and to which they devote their whole being.
The physical relationships are not important for them unless it is based on a deeper soul communication and the sharing of the same ideals, although they are passionate and enjoy living intensely.
They have a very developed sense of friendship, and although they like the flirtation, they don't guide their live on the erotic criteria.
They don't like the possessive people or those too attached to the physical relationships and they aspire after a free and idealized relationship.
VENUS IN CAPRICORN
It is not very favorable to the sentimental and erotic life. The persons who have this position tend to take their friendship very seriously, being responsible, mature and reticent in beginning a more intimate relationship.
They control their feelings up to the point of completely inverting them. They are very sober with the others in general and with the representative of the other sex in particular.
They don't show their feelings and they need much time to let someone approach them.
It is very hard for them to fall in love, but when they do it can be for the whole life. They are predisposed to solitude and they prefer to suffer in silence than manifesting their love if the other person don't pay them the expected attention.
Sometimes they can marry from a certain interest, from a convenience or even from their strong sense of duty.
They are generally preoccupied by their social and professional position to which they pay much time and they expect from their lovers to have a similar position.
They are not fond of the domestic life and they generally don't like children.
Although they seem very distant, when they really like someone they are very devoted and can do many sacrifices to continue a relationship.
VENUS IN AQUARIUS
It gives the natives an airy (or ethereal) sensibility, with a light, gracious, sublimated nuance. Their emotions are very much elevated and they live in a state of serenity, very distant of the earth.
They understand love in a very idealized way and their eroticism is rather a way of living a spiritual communion.
Sometimes the accent is put on a very free and non-conformist way of manifesting themselves, ignoring the social constraints.
They are not interested in marriage as a social, rigid habit, because they think that what really matters is the soul and spiritual communion.
Their relationships are not based on the physical interaction but, when it is the case, they don't have any prejudgments in making love and they are very open-minded in their erotic expectations.
They don't like the possessive and jealous persons because for them liberty is the most important criteria in a couple and if they feel constraint they leave from relationship.
They are good friends, being interesting and often original companions.
VENUS IN PISCES
Gives the native very much tenderness, sensibility, compassion, kindness.
Their love is often based on a mystical view upon the world and they are characterized by a dominant power of transfiguration and devotion.
They can seem incoherent in their feelings and manifestations because they act in accordance with some invisible realities, which they perceive by their intuitive structure.
Sometimes, this position can give the tendency to have uncertain and mysterious relationships, with an indefinite status, which is in a perpetual changing and enable the individual to live in a complete liberty of manifestation.
They like privacy very much, and they feel the fact of making love as a total way of abandoning themselves, of merging into the person they love.
They can't stand any form of constraint and if they are imposed to do something, they just slip between your fingers.
When they feel inspired, they are very loving beings, being able to sacrifice themselves for their beloved ones.
They have also a very charitable soul and they live for the others, sharing their happiness and trying to soothe their sorrows.
With this position the zodiacal tour for the planet of love and pleasure, Venus, is finished.
We can add more only an important aspect, referring to the so called 'three steps of love'.
It is a tradition in astrology that they are three main positions of Venus in the zodiac:
Venus in Taurus, which signifies the carnal, physical love
Venus in Libra, which signifies the human love, the warmth of the human relationship, from soul to soul
Venus in Pisces, which signifies the spiritualized, pure love
It is said that these three steps must be learned by every human being for becoming complete.
Knowing all the three aspects of love we can become universal and, of course our relationship will then be a model of harmony and beauty!

Lying Down Positions:
Indrani draws up both her knees
until they nuzzle the curves of her breasts;
her feet find her lover's armpits.
Small girls love this posture,
but becoming a goddess takes a lot of practice.
She cups and lifts her buttocks with her palms,
spreads wide her thighs,
and digs in her heels besides her hips,
while you caress her breasts:
this is "Utphallaka" (The Flower in Bloom).
Grasping the ankles
of the round hipped woman, whose buttocks
are like two ripe gourds,
raise her beautiful thighs
and spread the thigh-joints widely.
Full of desire, saying sweet words,
approach her with your body stiff as a pole
and drive straight forward
to pierce her lotus and join your limbs:
experts call it "Madandhvaja" (The Flag of Cupid).
Catch hold of her two feet,
raising them till they press upon her breasts
and her legs form a rough circle.
Clasp her neck and make love to her:
this is "Ratisundara" (Aphrodite's Delight).
Lift the lady's feet until her soles
lie perfectly parallel,
one to each side of her slender throat,
cup her breasts and enjoy her:
this technique is "Uthkanta" (Throat-high).
Your lovely wife, lying on the bed,
grasps her own feet
and draws them up until they reach her hair;
you catch her breasts and make love:
this is "Vyomapada" (Sky-foot).
The round-thighed woman on the bed
grasps her ankles and raises high her lotus feet;
you strike her to the root, kissing
and slapping open-palmed between her breasts:
this is "Markata" (The Monkey).
She lies flat on her back,
you sit between her parted knees, raise them,
hook her feet over your thighs,
catch hold of her breasts, and enjoy her:
this is "Manmathpriya" (Dear to Cupid).

Lying-down Positions - Samputa Group:
If your penis is too small for a woman,
the "Samputa" group of postures should be used:
"Samputa" (the Jewel Case),
"Pidita" (the Squeeze), "Veshtita (the Entwined)
and "Vadavaka" (the Mare's Trick).
In Samputa your legs lie along hers
caressing their whole length from toes to thighs.
Your lover may be below you,
or you may both lie on your sides,
in which case she should always be on your left.
In Pidita the lovers' thighs
are interlaced and squeeze each other in rhythm.
In Veshtita she crosses her thighs
or rolls each one inward,
thus greatly strengthening her yoni's grip.
When, like a mare cruelly gripping
a stallion, your lover
traps and milks your penis with her vagina,
it is "Vadavaka" (the Mare's Trick),
which can only be perfected with long practice.
When she uses it, a woman
should cease to kiss her lover
and simply hold the lock.
Courtesans are adept at Vadavaka,
and it's a speciality with ladies from Andhra(*).
*The South-Eastern state of India.

Positions From The Medieval Texts:
When lovers, with legs stretched rigid
and feet caressing feet,
make love according to their hearts' desire,
"tantra" scholars call it "Sampada" (Equal Feet)
and agree it is a way to ecstasy.
Stiff as a pole in the bed's center,
she lies making love,
cooing and warbling like a woodpigeon,
the jewel of her clitoris well-polished:
this is Mausala" (the Pestle).
When she lies on her back
with her two thighs pressed tightly together
and you make love to her,
keeping your thighs outside hers,
it is "Gramya" (the Rustic).
If, encircling and trapping
her thighs with yours,
you grip so hard that she cries out in pain,
it is "Ratipasha" (Love's Noose),
a device most charming to the ladies.
Her limbs, entwined in yours
like tendrils of fragrant jasmine creeper,
draw taut and slowly relax
in the gentle rhythm of linga and yoni:
this is "Lataveshta" (the Clinging Creeper).
She draws her limbs together,
clasping her knees tightly to her breasts,
her yoni, like an opening bud,
offered up for pleasure:
this is known as "Mukula" (the Bud).
When she draws up her knees
and you clamp yours about her raised thighs,
trapping them in a tight knot
while riding saddle upon her buttocks
and kissing her, it is "Shankha" (the Couch).
________________________________________
Sitting Positions:
Seated, mouth to mouth,
arms against arms, thighs against thighs:
this is "Kaurma" The Tortoise).
If the lovers' thighs, still joined, are raised,
it is "Paravartita" (Turning).
If within the cave of her thighs
you sit rotating your hips like a black bee,
it is "Markata" (The Monkey).
And if, in this pose, you turn away from her,
it is "Marditaka" (Crushing Spices).
She sits with raised thighs,
her feet placed either side of your waist;
"linga" (penis) enters "yoni" (vagina);
you rain hard blows upon her body:
this is "Kshudgaga" (Striking).
When your wife sits
with both knees drawn tight to her body
and you mirror this posture,
it is known to experts in the art of love
as "Yugmapada" (The Foot Yoke).
Seated erect, the lovely girl
folds one leg to her body
and stretches the other along the bed,
while you mirror her actions:
this is "Yugmapada" (The Feet Yoke).
If, with left leg extended,
she encircles your waist with her right leg,
laying its ankle across her left thigh,
and you do the same,
it is "Svastika" (The Swastika)*.
*An ancient good-luck talisman based on the symbolism of a
cross whirling sun-wise. The Nazis used it the wrong way
round, whirling widdershins, and the Indian pundits
always said this was sacrilegious and would doom them.
Sitting face to face in bed,
her breasts pressed tight against your chest,
let each of you lock heels
behind the other's waist,
and lean back clasping one another's wrists.
Now, set the swing gently in motion,
your beloved, in pretended fear,
clinging to your body with her flawless limbs,
cooing and moaning with pleasure:
this is "Dolita" (The Swing).
If, seated face to face,
your toes caress the lovely woman's nipples,
her feet press your chest
and you make love holding each other's hands
it is "Kaurma" (The Tortoise).
Seated, the lady raises
one foot to point vertically over her head
and steadies it with her hands,
offering up her "yoni" for lovemaking:
this is "Mayura" (the Peacock).
If, sitting facing her,
you grasp her ankles and fasten them like a chain
behind your neck, and she
grips her toes as you make love,
it is the delightful "Padma" (the Lotus).
Sitting erect, grip your lover's waist
and pull her on to you,
your loins continuously leaping together
with a sound like the flapping of elephants' ears:
this is "Kirtibandha" (the Knot of Fame).
Kneeling between her thighs,
tickle her breasts and under her arms,
call her 'my lovely darling'
and print deep nailmarks around her nipples:
thus "Jaya" (Victory) is expounded.
________________________________________
Rear-Entry Positions:
She bends well forward and grips
the bedstead, her buttocks raised high;
cup your hands to serpents' hoods
and squeeze her jar-shaped (sic) breasts together:
this is "Dhenuka" (the Milch Cow).
If you mount her like a dog,
gripping her waist,
and she twists round to gaze into your face,
experts in the art of love say
it is "Svanaka" (the Dog).
If the lady, eager for love,
goes on all fours, humping her back like a doe,
and you enjoy her from behind,
rutting as though you'd lost all human nature,
it is "Hirana" (the Deer).
When, with lotus-feet
set well-apart on the ground, she bends,
placing a hand upon each thigh,
and you take her from the rear,
it is "Gardabha" (the Ass).
If she lies on her stomach
and you seize her ankles in one hand,
lift them high and make love,
tilting her chin back with your other hand,
it is "Marjara" (the Cat).
She lies on her front,
grasping her ankles in her own hands
and pulling them up behind her:
this difficult posture is known to experts
as "Mallaka" (the Wrestler).
When your mistress lays
breasts, arms and forehead to the carpet,
raising her buttocks high,
and you guide your penis into her yoni,
it is "Aibha" (the Elephant).
You lift her ankles high;
she draws up
and extends her legs as though she were
crawling through the air:
this is "Hastika" (the Elephant).
She stands on palms and feet;
you stand behind her
and lift one of her feet to your shoulder,
enjoying the lovely girl:
this is "Traivikrama" (the Stride).
Seize her feet and lift them high
(like a wheel barrow),
drive your penis into her yoni
and pleasure her with vigorous strokes:
this is "Kulisha" (the Thunderbolt).
You kneel, as in archery,
take her on your lap
and bend her forward till her breasts
are pressed to her thighs:
this is "Ekabandha" (One Knot).
Lying on her side, facing away,
the fawn-eyed girl
offers you her buttocks
and your penis penetrates the house of love:
this is "Nagabandha" (the Elephant).

Standing Positions:
And now for the love postures
with which sculptors adorn our temple walls.
When a couple make love standing,
or leaning against a wall or a pillar,
it is called "Sthita" (Steadied).
When the woman sits in her lover's
cradled hands, her arms around his neck,
thighs gripping his waist,
her feet pushing back and forth against a wall,
it is "Avalambitaka" (Suspended).
When, catching and crushing your lover
in the cage of your arms,
you force her knees apart with yours
and sink slowly into her,
it is "Dadhyayataka" (Churning Curds).
When she leans against a wall,
planting her feet as widely apart as possible,
and you enter the cave
between her thighs, eager for lovemaking,
it is "Sammukha" (Face-to-face).
If, as you lean against the wall,
your lady twines her thighs around yours,
locks her feet to your knees,
and clasps your neck, making love
very passionately, it is "Dola" (the Swing).
When your lover draws up one leg,
allowing the heel
to nestle just behind your knee,
and you make love, embracing her forcefully,
it is "Traivikrama" (the Stride).
If you catch one of her knees
firmly in your hand
and stand making love with her
while her hands explore and caress your body,
it is "Tripadam" (the Tripod).
If she raises one leg
and you catch hold of her little foot,
caressing her breasts
and telling her how much you love her,
it is "Ekapada" (One Foot).
Her foot pressed to your heart,
your arms encircling and supporting her,
lean back against the wall
and enjoy the lovely girl:
this is "Veshta" (the Encircling).
She stands against the wall,
lotus-hands on hips,
long, lovely fingers reaching to her navel.
Cup her foot in your palm
and let your free hand caress your angel's limbs.
Put your arm around her neck
and enjoy her as she leans there at her ease.
Vatsyayana (the author) answer others
who knew the art of love in its great days
called this posture "Tala" (the Palm).
If you lean back to a wall
and your lover, clinging to your neck,
places both her feet
in your palms and thus makes love,
this is "Dvitala" (Two Palms).
If you lift your lover
by passing your elbows under her knees
and gripping her buttocks
while she hangs fearfully from your neck,
it is "Janukurpara" (the Knee Elbow).
Your wife grips your neck
and locks her legs around your waist:
this is "Kirti" (Fame) - a posture
not described in "Kama Sutra" or "Ratirahasya".
Never try it with heavy girls.

Oral Pleasures -- Fellatio Techniques:

When your lover catches your penis
in her hand and, shaping
her lips to an 'O', lays them lightly to its tip,
moving her head in tiny circles,
this first step is called "Nimitta" (Touching).
Next, grasping its head in her hand,
she clamps her lips tightly about the shaft,
first on one side then the other,
taking great care that her teeth don't hurt you:
this is "Parshvatoddashta" (Biting at the Sides).
Now she takes the head of your penis
gently between her lips,
by turns pressing, kissing it tenderly
and pulling at its soft skin:
this is "Bahiha-samdansha" (the Outer Pincers).
If next she allows the head to slide
completely into her mouth
and presses the shaft firmly between her lips,
holding a moment before pulling away,
it is "Antaha-samdansha" (the Inner Pincers).
When, taking your penis in her hand
and making her lips very round,
she presses fierce kisses along its whole length,
sucking as she would at your lower lip,
it is called "Chumbitaka" (Kissing).
If, while kissing, she lets her tongue
flick all over your penis
and then, pointing it, strikes repeatedly
at the sensitive glans-tip,
it becomes "Parimrshtaka" (Striking at the Tip).
And now, fired by passion, she takes
your penis deep into her mouth,
pulling upon it and sucking as vigorously
as though she were stripping clean a mango-stone:
this is "Amrachushita" (Sucking a Mango).
When she senses that your orgasm
is imminent she swallows up the whole penis,
sucking and working upon it
with lips and tongue until you spend:
this is "Sangara" (Swallowed Whole).

Oral Pleasures -- Cunnilingus Techniques:
With delicate fingertips,
pinch the arched lips of her house of love
very very slowly together,
and kiss them as though you kissed her lower lip:
this is "Adhara-sphuritam" (the Quivering Kiss).
Now spread, indeed cleave asunder,
that archway with your nose and let your tongue
gently probe her "yoni" (vagina),
with your nose, lips and chin slowly circling:
it becomes "Jihva-bhramanaka" (the Circling Tongue).
Let your tongue rest for a moment
in the archway to the flower-bowed Lord's temple
before entering to worship vigorously,
causing her seed to flow:
this is "Jihva-mardita" (the Tongue Massage).
Next, fasten your lips to hers
and take deep kisses
from this lovely one, your beloved,
nibbling at her and sucking hard at her clitoris:
this is called "Chushita" (Sucked).
Cup, lift her young buttocks,
let your tongue-tip probe her navel, slither down
to rotate skilfully in the archway
of the love-god's dwelling and lap her love-water:
this is "Uchchushita" (Sucked Up).
Stirring the root of her thighs,
which her own hands
are gripping and holding widely apart,
your fluted tongue drinks at her sacred spring:
this is "Kshobhaka" (Stirring).
Place your darling on a couch,
set her feet to your shoulders, clasp her waist,
suck hard and let your tongue stir
her overflowing love-temple:
this is called "Bahuchushita" (Sucked Hard).
If the pair of you lie side by side,
facing opposite ways,
and kiss each other's secret parts
using the fifteen techniques described above,
it is known as "Kakila" (the Crow).

Role Reversal:
During lovemaking, ten types of blows
may be struck with the penis,
but of these only "Upasripta" (Natural),
which is instinctive even to untutored cowherds,
results in full clitoral stimulation.
It is a gentle forward stroke
which may be varied for depth and speed,
allowing a subtlety, rhythm
and spontaneity which
the other nine each lack to some degree.
If you grasp your penis and move it
in circles inside her yoni,
it is "Manthana" (Churning).
When you strike sharply down into the yoni,
it is "Hula" (the Double-edged Knife).
If, when her hips are raised by a pillow,
you strike a rising blow,
it is "Avamardana" (Rubbing).
If you hold your penis pressed breathlessly
to her womb it is "Piditaka" (Pressing).
If you withdraw completely
and then strike her violently to the womb,
it is "Nirghata" (the Buffet).
Continuous pressure on one side of her yoni
is "Varahaghata" (the Boar's Blow).
If you thrust wildly in every direction,
like a bull tossing its horns,
it is "Vrishaghata" (the Bull's Blow).
Quivering in her yoni is "Chatakavilasa" (Sparrow Sport),
which usually heralds orgasm.
The involuntary shuddering of orgasm
is called "Samputa" (the Jewel Case).
But no two women make love quite the same way,
so orchestrate your rhythms
to the moods and colors of each lover's "raga" (emotions).
If long lovemaking exhausts you
before your lover has reached her orgasm,
you should allow her
to roll you over your back
and sit astride you, taking initiative.
If the posture gives her deep pleasure,
or you enjoy its novelty,
she may transpose into it as a matter of course,
taking great care, however,
not to expel the linga from the temple of love.
Consider: she climbs upon you,
the flowers dropping from her tousled hair,
her giggles turning to gasps;
every time she bends to kiss your lips
her nipples pierce your chest.
As her hips begin to churn,
her head, flung back, bobs ever faster;
she scratches, pummels you with small fists,
fastens her teeth in your neck,
doing unto you what you've often done unto her.
When she takes the man's role,
your lady has the choice
of three famous lovemaking techniques:
"Samdamsha (the Tongs),
"Bhramara" (the Bee) and "Prenkholita" (the Swing).
If she uses the Mare's Trick,
gripping your penis with her yoni's vice,
squeezing and stroking it,
holding it inside her for a hundred heart-beats,
it is known as "Samdamsha" (the Tongs).
If, drawing up her feet,
she revolves her hips so that your penis
circles deep within her yoni,
you arching your body to help her,
it is "Bhramara" (the Bee).
If she now swings her hips
in wide circles and makes figures-of-eight,
swaying upon your body
as though she were riding on a seesaw,
it is "Prenkholita" (the Swing).
When her passion has ebbed,
she should rest, bending forward to lay
her forehead upon yours
without disturbing your yoked bodies:
it won't be long before desire stirs again.
Catching your penis, the lady
with dark eyes like upturned lotus petals
guides it into her yoni,
clings to you and shakes her buttocks:
this is "Charunarikshita" (Lovely Lady in Control).
Enthroned on your penis,
she places both hands on the bed
and makes love, while you
press your two hands to her thudding heart:
this is "Lilasana" (Seat of Sport).
She sits upright upon you,
her head thrown back like a rearing mare,
bringing her feet together
on the bed to one side of your body:
this is "Hansabandha" (the Swan).
The young woman has one foot
on your heart and the other on the bed.
Bold, saucy women adore this posture,
which is known to the world
as "Upavitika" (the Sacred thread).
If, with one of her feet
clasped in your hand
and the second placed upon your shoulder,
your young lady enjoys you,
it is "Viparitaka" (Reversed).
If your lover, seated above you
with feet lotus-crossed
and her body held erect and still
makes love to you,
it is known as "Yugmapada" (the Foot Yoke).
If she strides you,
facing your feet,
brings both her feet up to your thighs,
and works her hips frantically,
it is known as "Hansa-lila" (Swan Sport).
Your lover places one foot
on your ankle, lodges
her other foot just above your knee,
and rides you, swinging and rotating her hips:
this is "Garuda" (Garuda).
If you lie flat on your back
with legs stretched out
and your lover sits astride you, facing away
and grasping your feet,
it is called "Virsha" (the Bull).
Clasping each other's hands,
you lie sprawled like two starfish making love,
her breasts stabbing your chest,
her thighs stretched out along yours:
this is "Devabandha" (the Coitus of the Gods).
Lying upon you, your beloved
moves round like a wheel,
pressing hands one after the other on the bed,
kissing your body as she circles:
experts call this "Chakrabandha" (the Wheel).
If, by means of some contraption,
your lover suspends herself above you,
places your linga in her yoni
and pulleys herself up and down upon it,
it is "Utkalita" (the Orissan).

Love Potions and Sex Aids
To Enslave a Lover:
Anoint your penis, before lovemaking,
with honey into which
you have powdered black pepper,
long pepper and "datura" (the green thorn apple) -
it will utterly devastate your lady.
Leaves caught as they fall from trees
and powdered with peacock-bone
and fragments of a corpse's winding-sheet
will, when dusted lightly
on the penis, bewitch any woman living.
If you crush milky chunks of cactus
with sulphur and realgar,
dry the mixture seven times, powder it
and apply it to your penis,
you'll satisfy the most demanding lover.
And if, to these powerful ingredients,
you add a monkey's turd,
grind them together and sprinkle the powder
on your unsuspecting lover's head,
she will be your devoted slave for life.
To Increase Potency:
Honey-sweetened milk in which
the testicles of a ram
or a goat have been simmered
has the effect, when drunk,
of making a man as powerful as a bull.
Pumkin seeds ground with almonds
and sugarcane root,
or with cowhage root and strips of bamboo,
and stirred into honeyed milk,
have the same arousing effect.
The sages say that wheat-flour cakes
baked with honey and sugar
and sprinkled with the powdered seeds
of pumpkin and cowhage
give one strength for a thousand women.
The yolk of a single sparrow's egg
stirred into rice pudding
that has been thickened with cream,
wild-honey and "ghee" (clarified butter)
has the same invigorating effect.
To Cope With Impotence:
A man who climaxes too swiftly
should arouse his lady
by caressing her clitoris with his fingers
and flooding the well
of her yoni before he enters her.
If, during lovemaking, the erection
cannot be sustained because
the man is old, or simply exhausted
he should use the delicate
oral techniques given in an earlier chapter.
The man who is utterly unable
to achieve an erection
should pleasure his wife/lover with a phallus
crafted from materials like
gold, silver, copper, iron (!!), ivory or horn.
The artificial phallus should be shaped
to your natural proportions.
It will be more arousing for the lady
if the outside is studded
with a profusion of large, smooth nodules.
Kama Sutra Yoni Massage

Tantra: Yoni Massage
Introductory note:
My wife and I have practised Tantra/Sacred Sex for several years and have received much joy from the techniques and processes. One of my wife's favorite and frequently requested sexual activity is the Yoni Massage. It has greatly expanded our sex life, brought us closer and has given me a greater appreciation of women. We've taught the technique to many of our friends and they too have enjoyed good results from it. I offer it here and hope it enhances your sex life. Enjoy.
Background Information:
Yoni (pronounced YO-NEE) is a Sanskrit word for the vagina that is loosely translated as "Sacred Space" or "Sacred Temple." Its meaning and use is an alternate perspective from the Western view of the female genitals. In Tantra, the Yoni is seen from a perspective of love and respect. This is especially helpful for men to learn.
The purpose of the Yoni Massage is to create a space for the woman (the receiver) to relax, and enter a state of high arousal and experience much pleasure from her Yoni. Her partner (the giver) experiences the joy of being of service and witnessing a special moment. The Yoni Massage can also be used as a form of safer sex (when latex gloves are used) and is an excellent activity to build trust and intimacy. Some massage and sex therapists use it to assist women to break through sexual blocks or trauma.
The goal of the Yoni massage is not orgasm. Orgasm is often a pleasant and welcome side effect. The goal is simply to pleasure and massage the Yoni/vagina. From this perspective both receiver and giver can relax, and not have to worry about achieving something. When orgasm does occur it is usually more expanded, more intense and more satisfying. Orgasm is allowed to happen or not happen. It is also helpful for the giver to not expect anything in return. Just allow the receiver to enjoy the massage and to relax into herself afterwards. Of course, other sexual activity may follow but it should be entirely the receiver's choice. This perspective will build greater intimacy and trust, and will greatly expand your sexual horizons. PREPARATION: Bathing is always helpful as it relaxes both the receiver and giver. A quiet space is desirable with pleasing music, candles, pillows, etc., or whatever makes the participants relax and feel safe. Allow yourself enough time and do not hurry through the process. Go to the bathroom before beginning the massage. The best results will occur when the bowels and bladder are empty and you will avoid the unnecessary experience of interrupting the massage to go to the bathroom. Connect with your partner by hugging, holding, eye gazing (looking into each other's eyes for an extended time), or whatever brings you to a place of safety and relaxation. PROCEDURE: Have the receiver lie on her back with pillows under her head so she can look down at her genitals and up at her partner (giver). Place a pillow, covered with a towel, under her hips. Her legs are to be spread apart with the knees slightly bent (pillows or cushions under the knees will also help) and her genitals clearly exposed for the massage. The giver sits cross-legged between the receivers' legs. The giver may wish to sit on a pillow or cushion. This position allows full access to the Yoni and other parts of the body. Before contacting the body, begin with deep, relaxed breathing. Both giver and receiver should remember to keep breathing deeply, slowly and with relaxation during the entire process. The giver will gently remind the receiver to start breathing again if the receiver stops or takes shallower breaths. Deep breathing, not hyperventilating, is very important here.
Gently massage the legs, abdomen, thighs, breasts, etc., to get the receiver to relax and for the giver to prepare for touching the Yoni.
Pour a small quantity of a high-quality oil or lubricant on the mound of the Yoni. Pour just enough so that it drips down the outer lips and covers the outside of the Yoni. (Several excellent sexual lubricants are available for this. Many lingerie shops, sex toy shops, sex magazines, etc., offer these safe lubricants.
CAVEAT - Do not mix oil-based products with latex.
Begin gently massaging the mound and outer lips of the Yoni. Spend some time here and do not rush. Relax and enjoy giving the massage. Gently squeeze the outer lip between the thumb and index finger, and slide up and down the entire length of each lip. Do the same thing to the inner lips of the Yoni/vagina. Take your time.
The receiver can massage her own breasts or may just relax and continue breathing deeply. It is helpful for giver and receiver to look into each other's eyes as much as possible. The receiver can tell the giver if the pressure, speed, depth, etc., needs to be increased or decreased. Limit your speaking and focus on the pleasurable sensations. (It is my experience that too much talking gets one out of their feelings and diminishes the effects.)
Gently stroke the clitoris with clockwise and counter-clockwise circles. Gently squeeze it between thumb and index fingers. Do this as a massage and not to get the receiver off. The receiver will undoubtedly become very aroused but continue to encourage her to just relax and breathe.
Slowly and with great care, insert the middle finger of your right hand into the Yoni (there is a reason for using the right hand as opposed to the left. It has to do with polarity in Tantra). Very gently explore and massage the inside of the Yoni/ vagina with this finger. Take your time, be gentle, and feel up, down and sideways. Vary the depth, speed and pressure. Remember, this is a massage and you're nurturing and relaxing the Yoni. With your palm facing up, and the middle finger inside the Yoni, move the middle finger in a "come here" gesture or crook back towards the palm. You will contact a spongy area of tissue just under the pubic bone, behind the clitoris. This is the G-spot or in Tantra, the sacred spot (there are many excellent books that go into detail about this area). Your partner may feel as if they have to urinate or it may be painful or pleasurable. Again vary the pressure, speed and pattern of movement. You can move side to side, back and forth, or in circles with your middle finger. You can also insert the finger that's between your middle finger and pinky. Check with your partner first before sticking two fingers into them. Most women should have no problem and will enjoy the increased stimulation from two fingers. Take your time and be very gentle. You may use the thumb of the right hand to stimulate the clitoris as well. An option to try if the receiver wants it is to insert the pinky of the right hand into her anus. Ask her first and do not insert your pinky into her Yoni/vagina after it has been in her anus. Use lubrication and be very gentle. (In Tantra, it is said that when your pinky is in her anus, the next finger and middle finger in her Yoni/vagina, and your thumb on her clitoris, "You are holding one of the mysteries of the universe in your hand.") So, what is your left hand doing all this time? You can use it to massage the breasts, abdomen, or clitoris. If you massage the clitoris it's usually best to use your thumb in an up down motion, with the rest of your hand resting on and massaging the mound. The dual stimulation of right and left hands will provide much pleasure for the receiver. I do not recommend using your left hand to touch your own genitals because it may take your focus off the receiver. Remember, this massage is for her pleasure and much of the benefit comes from not only the physical stimulation but the intent as well. Continue massaging, trying different speeds, pressures and motions. Keep breathing and looking into each other's eyes. She may have powerful emotions come up and may cry. Just keep breathing and be gentle. Many women have been sexually abused and need to be healed. A giving, loving and patient partner can be of great value to her.
If she has an orgasm, keep her breathing, and continue massaging if she wants. More orgasms may occur, each gaining in intensity. In Tantra this is called "riding the wave." Many women can learn how to be multi-orgasmic with the Yoni Massage and a very patient partner.
Keep massaging until she tells you to stop. Very slowly, gently, and with respect, remove your hands. Allow her to just lay there and enjoy the afterglow of the Yoni massage. Cuddling or holding is very soothing as well. As you learn to master the Yoni Massage your sex life will be greatly enriched and you will learn a great deal about feminine sexuality.
There is a similar massage for men called the Lingam Massage. Lingam is a Sanskrit word for the penis that means, "Wand of Light."
Namaste,
Jeffery
Kama Sutra Lingam Massage
Background Information:
The Sanskrit word for the male sexual organ is Lingam (pronounced LING-AHM, [LING rhymes with sing]) and is loosely translated as "Wand of Light." Its meaning is different in intention from the typical Western view of the penis. In Tantra/Sacred Sexuality, the Lingam is respectfully viewed and honoured, a "Wand of Light" that channels creative energy and pleasure.
The purpose of the Lingam Massage is to create a space the receiver to relax, and receive expanded pleasure from his Lingam. His partner (the giver) experiences the joy of facilitating and witnessing the man surrendering to his softer, gentler side. The Lingam Massage can be used as a form of safer sex (when latex gloves are used) and is an excellent process to build trust and intimacy. It is often used to help men heal from negative sexual conditioning and trauma.
Orgasm is not the goal of the Lingam massage although it is often a pleasant and welcome side effect. The goal is to massage the Lingam, also including testicles, perineum and Sacred Spot (the equivalent to the female G-spot), and allow the man to surrender to a form of pleasure he may not be used to. From this perspective both receiver and giver relax into the massage.
Men need to learn to RELAX and RECEIVE. Traditional sexual conditioning has the man in a doing and goal oriented mode. The Lingam Massage allows the man to experience his softer, more receptive side and experience pleasure from a non-traditional perspective.
Preparation:
Take a relaxing bath or shower. Take your time and breathe deeply. Conscious, relaxed breathing will take you out of your mental process and will get you more into your feelings. Relax your belly and let go of the tension that most of us hold there.
Go to the bathroom before beginning the massage. The best results occur when the bowels and bladder are empty.
Let go of your thoughts and connect with your partner through hugging, holding, eye gazing (looking into each other's eyes for an extended time), bringing both of you to a place of relaxation and trust.
Procedure:
Have the receiver lie on his back with pillows under his head so he can look up at his partner (giver). Place a pillow, covered with a towel, under his hips. His legs are to be spread apart with the knees slightly bent (pillows or cushions under the knees will also help) and his genitals clearly exposed for the massage.
The giver sits cross-legged between the receivers' legs.
Before contacting the body, begin with deep, relaxed breathing. Gently massage the legs, abdomen, thighs, chest, nipples, etc., to get the receiver to relax. Remind the receiver to breathe deeply and to sink deeper into relaxation.
Pour a small quantity of a high-quality oil (or water-based lubricant when using latex gloves) on the shaft of the Lingam and testicles. Begin gently massaging the testicles, taking care to not cause pain in this sensitive area. Massage the scrotum gently, causing it to relax. Massage the area above the Lingam, on the pubic bone. Massage the Perineum, the area between the testicles and anus. Take your time. You are giving a massage to an often neglected area of the body.
CAVEAT - Do not mix oil-based products with latex.
Massage the shaft of the Lingam. Vary the speed and pressure. Gently squeeze the Lingam at the base with your right hand, pull UP and slide off and then alternate with your left hand. Take your time doing this, right, left, right, left, etc. Then, change the direction by starting the squeeze at the head of the Lingam/ penis and then sliding DOWN and off. Again, alternate with right and left hands.
Massage the head of the Lingam as if you are using an orange juicer. Massage all around the head and shaft. In Tantra there are many nerve endings on the Lingam that correspond to other parts of the body. It is said many ailments can be cured by receiving a good Lingam Massage.
NOTE: The Lingam may or may not go soft as you perform this technique. Do not worry if it doesn't get hard again. You will probably find that it will get hard, then go soft, get hard again, etc., which is a highly desirable Tantric experience, like riding a wave, bobbing up and down. Hardness and Softness are two ends of the pleasure spectrum.
If it appears that the receiver is going to ejaculate, back off, allowing the Lingam to soften a little before resuming the massage. Do this several times, coming close to ejaculation, and then backing off. Remember, the goal is not orgasm in and of itself. Men can learn the art of ejaculatory mastery and control by coming close to ejaculation and then backing off on the stimulation. Deep breathing is key here and will soften the urge to ejaculate. Eventually ejaculatory mastery will allow you to make love as long as you want and you can become multi-orgasmic without losing a drop of semen. Orgasm and ejaculation are two different responses that you can learn to separate. The result is a very expanded sex life.
Find and massage the male Sacred Spot. There are two ways to do this.
One is by finding the spot midway between the testicles and anus. There is a small indentation about the size of a pea or maybe larger. Be gentle and push inward. He will feel the pressure deep inside and it may be intensely painful at first. Eventually, as this area is worked on and softened, he will be able to expand his orgasms and master ejaculatory control. You can massage his Lingam with your right hand and massage his Sacred Spot with your left hand. Try pushing in on this spot when he nears ejaculation. It is aptly named the Million Dollar Point in Taoism.
The other way to access the Sacred Spot is through the anus. Many men, especially heterosexual men, are uncomfortable at first as a result of negative sexual conditioning. Be careful here and use lubrication. The key is to go slow and be very gentle. Make sure he is breathing as you slip a finger from your left hand into the anus about an inch or so. Then crook the finger back in a "come here" gesture. You will feel the prostate gland. Vary the pressure and speed of massage. He may want stimulation of the Lingam as you massage the Sacred Spot. Back off on the Lingam as he approaches orgasm and increase the pressure on the Sacred Spot.
Sometimes the man may have strong emotions come up during access to the Sacred Spot. He may cry and remember a traumatic event from his past. You, the giver, are in a place of trust and intimacy. Allow him to feel his emotions and be very loving, not trying to console or fix him, just let him feel whatever he needs to. Encourage him to scream, cry, moan, sob, if it feels appropriate. Be the best friend and healer he could have in that moment.
Ending the Massage:
If he chooses to let go and ejaculate, encourage him to breathe deeply during the orgasm. It will blow his mind, especially if he has come close and held back at least SIX times before ejaculating. Holding back six times charges up the sexual battery with tremendous energy. It is then his choice as to where he wants to send this energy -- out with their ejaculate (the prevailing paradigm) or inward for other uses (men who master ejaculation are able to channel this energy into other areas of their being).
When he feels complete with the massage gently remove your hands and allow him to lie there quietly. You may want to snuggle up together or you can leave the room and let him drift off into a meditative state. Allow him to fully experience his childlike innocence and magnificent male beauty.
Have fun with this technique and share it with your friends and loved ones.

Kama Sutra & Tantra Fantasy
Fantasy and Its Relevance to Tantra
Thoughts on fantasy and its relevance to tantra.
• first step: introspection, submissiveness.
• second step: stimulation, eager control.
directly relating to the two cosmic truths: expansion and contraction of all in all.
Everyone is familiar with fantasy; most people have direct experience with it, either masturbation or during lovemaking itself.
The Tantric concept of fantasy is not so simple as conjuring up images in one's mind of *hot babes* or *studs*--and (groan) it takes lots of practice. This practice should be begun after attaining at least a fair degree of control over breath, mantra, and meditation. It involves visualization-- imagination on a mundane level, but raised to such a level that it becomes truth. And ('nother groan) this type of fantasy-meditation should be undertaken by the beginner alone and without any direct sexual stimulation.
Tantrikas, poets, artists, philosophers, and quantum physicists, when truly inspired and brilliant, have one thing in common: the ability to intuitively tap into creative levels of altered consciousness. Imagination in its mundane form would be such as sitting around thinking about how great it would be if one got the Lotto numbers correct, or wishing for things that seem out of reach. The honed, conscious practice of creative imagination is called 'inner vision' by Yogic philosophers of old; it is held that when one *thinks visually* rather than yaddita-yaddita mental chatter mode, contact is made with the Source of creativity, wisdom, and transformation.
According to the Kena-Upanisad: "Through knowledge of the Self we obtain power; through inner vision we obtain Eternity." This is a way of expressing that acquired knowledge; that taught by a guru or learned from books, will certainly awaken the true Self; however, only through going deep within one's own mind and heart, can the truth be grasped--acquired knowledge transformed into Knowledge.
Tantric masters throughout history have focused on the inner vision's cultivation and perfection as a twofold process: open introspection of images as they come to mind (submissive), and eager stimulation of imagination through visualization (compassionately dominant). The foundation of the twofold process is the foundation that encompasses the entire universe, from beginning to end: expansion and contraction.
All matter expands and contracts. Siva and Sakthi represent contraction and expansion, respectively; or it may be more accurate to say that these are *aspects* of Siva/Sakthi. Everything born or created expands, and then contracts, over and over again. Atoms, compounds, inorganic and organic life forms, individual men and women, stars, suns, and entire galaxies all have the expansion/contraction nature. During sexual acts, expansion and contraction are rather fundamental!
Seemingly contradictory to the principal of expansion/contraction at first glance, although completely in accord with it, upon deeper examination, is the belief that all phenomena is *empty* by its very nature. The primordial form of emptiness is the primal force of perpetual nothingness, the tension in the moments directly before Creation; continues its existence within the void; and is the source of blissful consciousness. Tantra assigns no negative qualities to this 'emptiness,' but teaches that in order for emptiness to be experienced, consciousness must be put into effect.
Later Tantric doctrines, approximately 2nd Century A.D., taught of the threefold interaction of emptiness--consciousness--bliss. No matter what internal or external object the mind chooses to focus upon, it *must* be taken through the three steps in order. First, recognize the 'emptiness' in the object of contemplation. Emptiness is the space element, or the 'ether,' and permeates all matter, and is greater than all the other elements. Most of the universe is made up of empty space; atoms are largely empty space; and even the human physical body could be seen as a vast void, filled with small concentrations of energy-vibration. Emptiness also dominates the conscious mind much of the time. However, when taken further and deeper, the mind's emptiness is found to be filled with consciousness--from the sub- and un- conscious mind, and with bliss, when one-pointedness and control have been found.
A great Tantric teacher, Aryadeva (*his name meaning slave of Arya, or more probably, of Indra, ancient Vedic war-god who protected the Aryans*), has spoken thus about the mind: "Just as a clear, brilliant gem is colored by the shade of other objects around it; so is the gem of the mind colored by the shade of inner vision."
A simple beginning exercise has been prescribed and handed down directly through generations of Tantric spiritual teachers and their students; a description follows:
Sit in Padmasana (full lotus) or lie on the back, arms at sides, palms turned up, as in Savasana (corpse pose). Breathe fully and deeply, blowing out all stale air, drawing vital prana in and down, expanding first the abdomen, then the ribcage, and finally the throat; then releasing the breath in the opposite manner. Concentrate the mind completely on each body part in turn. Tense the body (contraction), then relax completely (expansion). One the body feels harmonious and at ease, be still, slow the breathing, and focus on the mantra of your own breath-pattern.
Concentrate, deeply and fully, on the body. See it as completely empty, see it as the Ether, the farthest reaches of space and time. Empty. A vacuum. See only the outer body, the skin. Hold the picture of your outer body firmly in your consciousness, recognizing it as inherently empty. Then, when you inhale, 'see' the skin expand; and when you exhale, see it contract. Remain detached, use your 'inner eye' or intuitive visualization to observe calmly but with deepening awareness, the picture of your body expanding and contracting.
Next, recognizing that the body is microcosm of the universe, and that the universe expands and contracts, see yourself as a mirror of the universe. Become absorbed therein. Your heartbeat IS the center of the Universe, wherein dwells Brahma, 'in the cave of the heart,' the innermost Self of the void. Then see Brahma, the Creator aspect, open his mouth and speak The Word: AUM. Rays of light flow from his mouth with the word; filling the emptiness within. AUM dwells also within the cave of the heart. See it there. Know, know, KNOW that the Brahma aspect within yourSelf is NO DIFFERENT from the Brahma aspect of cosmology.
Having connected with Brahma, within microcosm and microcasm at once, fill yourSelf with inner visions of creation. The microcasm is filled with elements and energies, hot/cold, fire/water, peaks and planes and oceans; volcanos, deserts, forests, and hills; rivers, gardens, and temples. So, too, is the microcosm, the body. From the heart chakra, focus your full concentration on emanating rays of effulgent light to the outer surface of the body.
See the contours of the body as hills and valleys, the hair as a forest or field, the right eye as the sun, the left eye as the moon. The arteries and veins are oceans and rivers, carrying the holy sanctified waters of your own blood. The internal organs are sanctuaries and temples. The spine is Mt. Meru, the brain the peak of the mountain.
Contemplate the subtle body with its subtle channels, then see the Kundalini at the base of Mt. Meru, ready to begin her eternal ascent and descent. See the inner sun at the solar plexus (power) chakra; the inner moon at the hairline between third-eye and crown chakras. While visualizing thus, remember Brahma at the heart chakra. *See Brahma create each of these, as he created the phenomenal universe*
Of course, although this is a simple, starting exercise, it will take much practice to achieve this degree of one-pointed, concentrated visualization. Remember: simple does not mean easy! Continue practicing, attempting to further your progress a little bit each time. It may come quickly or slowly, but if you continue with sincerity and regularity, it *will* come.
Once you have been able to see the subtle body, with Brahma creating the microcosm and microcasm from within yourSelf, then take another step further.
Upon inhalation, see the vital Prana enter the body from the center of the outer universe. Upon retention, visualize the primordial Brahma-Creator-aspect divide himself into the five life currents, which illuminate and sustain the soul, control the body, and hone the senses. Each current has its own color, bodily function, and sense faculty. They are:
CURRENT SENSE ELEMENT MANTRA SHAPE
Udan sound ether Plim Circle
Vyan touch air Dhlim Hexagon
Sman sight fire Klim Triangle
Apan taste water Slim Crescent
Pran smell earth Hlim Square
The qualities assigned to each life current are deliberately bizarre, at first glance, even disgusting if taken literally. They are purposely designed this way: the more difficult the correspondences, the more full and productive the concentration required. Once this has been mastered, you'll truly be on your way!
With consistent, regular practice, you will be able to evoke the inner vision at Will. Expand and contract your own i sing and decreasing the scale. Hills and valleys become enormous mountains and vast, yawning canyons; rivers and rain become huge, churning oceans and torrential downpours. And vice versa. Link your emotions and qualities to the inner visions. Assign them characteristics, and focus upon them thusly.
Imagine that your physical body is the entire universe, then contract it to the size of a single atom. Seek further perfection, always! The Self, when expanded and contracted in this manner, becomes more concentrated, more controlled, and increasingly evolutional and transcendental.
The Tantric text Prajnopaya, describes this process thusly: "One must proceed in such a way that the mind doth never swerve; for when a jewel-like mind swerves from the transcendental unity and lapses into contraries and irrelevancies, perfection cannot be attained."
Ha! Finally, we get to the *erotic* aspects of visualization. During masturbation, foreplay, or actual lovemaking, this can be used as an exercise, controlled and directed.
The *active* partner, be that male or female, must fill the mind with inner vision as glyphs of the Siva-Lingam: raging, celestial fire, mountains reaching high and ever-solid, volcanos erupting forcefully. The *passive* partner, again, whether male or female, should fill the mind's inner vision with glyphs of the primordial Sakthi-Yoni: valleys, rivers, pools, softness.
If one is practicing this exercise solo, alternate: keeping only the Lingam-symbols in the mind; then alternating with only yoni- symbols. I emphasize: the Tantras do not say that one must never fantasize about 'babes' or 'studs,' or that one must never engage in lovemaking for simple pleasure, physical release, or plain ol' horniness. The Tantric exercises outlined here, and in all other texts herein, are tools for attaining the transcendental. Although to an unpracticed mind, these practices and images sound like real yawners, I believe you'll find that, if practiced to the ultimate of one's ability, they will become powerful stimulating images, which lift sexual arousal to new heights, serving as a connective agent from physical longing, to spiritual longing; from physical release to cosmic release. There is nothing in this world or the next, like Tantric orgasm.
The Swetaswa-Tara Upanisad states that forms will appear, unbidden and spontaneous, in the 'mind's eye' in the moment before the final vision of resolution: "First a mist, then smoke, a sun, wind, fireflies, a fire, lightning; then clear gemstones, then a moon."
"After one has meditated upon Brahma, visualize the Supreme Yogi and his Cosmic Consort, with all the force of one's soul. By constantly knowing: AUM TAT SAT, This is I, one becomes Siva or Sakthi. A complete consecration of oneSelf takes place after the offering of this flower to oneSelf: 'I am god: all instruments of worship, be they food, perfume, incense, flowers, become divine through my recognition of them as such. I am the abode of god. I *am* god.' Thus should one meditate, bringing everything to god and god to god, making all pure and eternal through the recreation of god in oneSelf." --KALIKA PURANA
Thou art Siva. I am Sakthi. Thou art Sakthi. HUMSA. SOHAM.

The Ultimate Ecstatic Solution to Premature Ejaculation:

The Tantric Approach to Making Love For As Long As Your Partner Wants, While You Experience More Ecstasy Than You Ever Imagined Possible

By Somraj Pokras of Tantra At Tahoe Sacred Sexuality Ebooks & Training
Tantra At Tahoe
The bad news first. According to some estimates, about 30 percent of American men reach orgasm earlier than they'd like to. Decades ago Alfred Kinsey, one of the early famous sex researchers, found that 75% of the men he tested ejaculated within two minutes of vaginal entry. Pretty quick, don't you think? Yeah, well, I can remember when I regularly beat that record.

The good news is that this sad situation motivated sex therapists to develop successful solutions to premature ejaculation. And it spurred us Tantric folks to study the ancient texts for powerful secrets of mastering our orgasms. I've tried them all and some work tremendously. So I wrote an electronic book to share my experience with others who want to last longer.

But there's more bad news. These traditional techniques of male orgasm mastery concentrate on control. Control requires always being careful. This puts you on guard and under constant tension. That kind of therapy is decidedly non-Tantric because you end up wound tighter than a spring. If you know anything about the ancient art and science of sacred sexuality, you must be aware that Tantra teaches us to relax, enjoy, and not resist. Besides, springs easily pop off if you tweak them, right? That's what we want to overcome.

Let's Change Your Life Forever

When I set out to learn to last longer myself, I sought a pleasure-positive method that worked Tantrically. That's what started me reading, practicing, and developing Ultimate Ejaculation Mastery. This volume is really my story about my love relationship with vajra (Tantric for penis), about creating more and more pleasure, and mastering vajras ups and downs. I wrote this book so that you can become an orgasm master too. It's about how you can be at choice about cuming when you want to, or not. It's about you enjoying undreamed of pleasure for amazingly long periods of time.

As I say in Chapter 1:

"The first thing you need to believe when you embark on the path of Ultimate Ejaculation Mastery is that there's nothing wrong with you. Cuming is a good thing. OK, it doesn't always happen when you want it to. Just consider it a timing problem. In the overwhelming majority of cases, you can change your timing with training. I know because I did.

"If you choose this path, you're going to discover (if you don't already know) that ejaculation doesn't always have to accompany orgasm. That's how those who've learned these techniques have multiple orgasms, pleasurable spasm after spasm that go on and on without the squirting that for most of us ends the playtime."

Ultimate Ejaculation Mastery goes into depth about the ten major causes of premature ejaculation. But for most of us, it's simply a learning gap that we can easily correct. We've been conditioned so that when we get turned on, something inside takes over and convinces us to just let go. I call that the "urge to cum." You can easily master this urge if you do the practices in my book.

For a microsecond I don't want to give you the idea that there's anything wrong with this urge. The craving for pleasure is how we celebrate life in Tantra.

Inner Orgasm, Really?

Chapter 1 continues:

"As a result of over 30 years helping people change their behavior, I'm convinced that few succeed at stopping something they don't want to do, like cuming. The secret is to replace what you don't want with something better. Fortunately, Ultimate Ejaculation Mastery teaches something so much better that once you develop the knack of inner orgasm from the exercises in this book, you'll never want to go back to spraying your seed outside indiscriminately.

"Inner orgasm, is that anything like inner tennis or golf? No, not really."

You're familiar I'm sure with the outer explosive orgasm: the very pleasurable ten-second involuntary muscle contractions accompanied by releasing semen to the outside world. Believe it or not, it's quite possible to make those involuntary muscle contractions respond to your power of choice. So you get the fun without the wetness.

Regardless of what's causing your desire to make a change in your lovemaking skills, energy is at the root of it. When Tantrikas refer to energy, we mean the nervous stimulation and physical excitation that feels like an electric current or magnetic field running through your body. Tantra practice is all about how to conjure up sexual energy and circulate it. Why bother learning how to channel energy? Because if it all stays in your cock, the easiest place to move is outwards, and it makes you cum. Disperse it and you feel great all over without a sudden big gush.

Ultimate Ejaculation Mastery teaches you to separate ejaculation from orgasm by infusing your whole body with that glorious energy. When you learn the orgasm mastery formula, you can avoid the contractions that initiate the emission of semen. When you're super turned on, you can still have those pelvic muscle contractions that feel so wonderful. That's what causes a dry or energy orgasm, a long series of slow pleasurable spasms with a rush of energy without ejaculating. I call these inner or implosive orgasms because you pump the energy back inside, circulate it over and over again, and reach higher and higher peaks.

Now, here's the best news of all. When I have an inner orgasm, my arousal decreases dramatically. On the other side of that peak, I'm suddenly less sensitive. So I can stroke faster and pump vigorously while my excitement rebuilds slowly. By circulating my energy while I'm peaking, my love stamina is lengthened tremendously. And by repeating this cycle over and over, it becomes virtually unlimited.

The Ultimate Approach

The secret formula of orgasm master presented in detail in Ultimate Ejaculation Mastery is RAMPER which stands for..
• Relax
• Awareness
• Measure
• Pace yourself
• Energy circulation, and
• Ride the wave
Relaxing in high states of arousal is the foundation. Tantric lovemaking is typically much slower than the fast pumping you see in porno flicks. Just by going slower you'll be more relaxed. And relaxation lets you open your awareness, heighten your senses, and focus your mind. Focus on what? Why on pleasure in the moment, of course. If you can appreciate how great your vajra feels now, you'll be more willing to relax and go slow.

Chapter 2 explains:

"RAMPER requires you to tune in to your senses and sensations. So what do you do with this sharpened awareness? The M in RAMPER means to monitor and measure your level of arousal. If you know where your excitement level is, then you can play with it while stretching out your enjoyment and your partners'. The forces that turn us on aren't always obvious, and change from time to time. M is all about learning to read yourself so you know where you're at precisely. As you practice, you'll learn to measure your level of arousal as it climbs towards the point of no return.

"P stands for Pacing yourself. It also stands for Pleasure. If your focus is on pleasure not orgasm, then you won't be rushing headlong towards a destination. You won't be in a race towards the finish line. You won't have a schedule to meet. You'll just slow down and enjoy. That's a big part of pacing."

The key to pacing is peaking. Peaking means adjusting the stimuli that give you sudden surges of arousal so you come back down without going over the top. If you graphed peaking, it would look like a steep ascent and then a steep descent. Which is where it got its name.

Ultimate Ejaculation Mastery is all about learning to ride the edge of the cliff, that fine line between absorbing all the pleasure you can take, and taking too much all at once and cuming.

The E of RAMPER stands for energy and circulating it away from your genitals. Chapter 2 continues:

"So here's a vital part of your initiation, you lucky stiff. Instead of shooting for the Big O, as your arousal builds, redirect your energy up, around, and throughout your body, allowing it to carry you to higher and higher levels of pleasure. Some say it will fuel your brain with cosmic energy and give you psychedelic visions. Whatever. Not only will it feel ecstatic, but since you won't be depleting your energy, you'll be able to last and last and last."

It's All About Riding The Wave

The last R of RAMPER is about Riding the wave of ecstasy. As Chapter 2 explains:

"That's why the acronym RAMPER is so apt, describing how your pleasure ramps up. Most of us who cum quick never experience these escalating plateaus. We never develop our capacity to absorb more and more pleasure. When you do, it feels like ecstatic waves surging inside."

Once you've experienced a non-stop whole-body inner orgasm, you can understand how the typical male's fascination with squirting a big load pales by comparison. This is why we call Tantric lovemaking sexual meditation.

I hope this brief overview of the Tantric approach to orgasm mastery helps. Unfortunately, in my experience, just reading about RAMPER won't change your life forever. Tantra requires practice to change your habits and energy patterns. That's why Chapters 3 through 7 of Ultimate Ejaculation Mastery are primarily made up of exercises that you do in the privacy of your own bed. There's no room to include them all here, but a sample follows.

Chapters 3 and 4 are about solo practices you can do to learn about your own energy, arousal, and sexual patterns. The second half of the book, beginning with Chapter 5 relies on a partner to develop orgasm mastery. After all, it takes two to Tantra, right? I've included one of the exercises from Chapter 5 where you begin applying these joint skills. This exercise is based on a fundamental Tantric practice, sexual breathing. This is slow rhythmic deep belly breathing accompanied by the sounds and movement you experience during orgasm. Learn this and you'll understand why the breath is such a dominant force in running sexual energy.

Exercise: Partner Breath Peaking

In this practice, you're going to use sexual breathing to spread your excitement away from your hot spots like you did in the solo Breath Peaking exercise.

1) Use a comfortable position for both of you.

2) After preliminaries like talking, relaxing, breathing, and full body sensual massage, ask your partner to begin stroking vajra and your testicles slowly. You decide whether you want your partner to start with a dry or lubricated hand, depending on how sensitive you feel and how well you've been doing with previous mastery exercises.

3) While receiving pleasure, be sure to continue sexual breathing: inhaling slowly and deeply in the belly, rocking your hips, undulating your body, squeezing your sexual muscles, and pumping the energy up your body.

4) When you reach a medium level of excitement, instead of stopping stimulation like you did in earlier exercises, ask your partner to slow down slightly. Open your eyes wide, inhale more deeply into the belly, but this time through the NOSE, and hold your breath.

5) Relax completely as you exhale, visualizing your sexual fire streaming out of vajra, and moaning with pleasure to release energy.

6) Inhale again through the nose, visualizing that pleasurable energy moving up vajra through your pelvis to your heart and higher. Use one long or several short pumps of your pelvic muscles to help you shoot the energy upwards.

7) Can you feel your excitement lessen simply by slowing your breath? Play with it until you can. See how long you can maintain a high peak while you adjust your breathing. Use some of the techniques from Chapter 4 to interrupt ejaculation if you need to. Guide your partner to stop and start stimulation and use subtle adjustments as required.

8) Repeat the exercise five more times at this level of excitement, and then repeat the cycle at increasingly higher levels of arousal.

9) As you practice and get closer and closer to cuming, see if you can back off your arousal level just by slowing and deepening your breath without your partner changing anything. When you can balance on the very edge of the point of no return, you're bound to experience implosive orgasms, where you vibrate inside and stream the energy upward without squirting.

10) Exchange roles and manually pleasure your partner, carefully following the guidance you receive.

Tantric Mastery

Ultimate Ejaculation Mastery culminates in you mastering the ability to ride the wave of Tantric lovemaking. As Chapter 7 explains:

"It's a wave of orgasmic energy, of love bliss, of ecstatic delirium, of spiritual rapture. Once you experience it fully, it will transform your life. Let me warn you, you won't be satisfied with pure animal lust anymore. When you taste your connection to the divine, you will want to stay home in bed, basking in the mindless serenity.

"The moment of orgasm is the closest most people come to communion with their inner being and God. Tantra teaches that this experience is a brief glimpse into our true divine nature: ecstatic in the body, compassionate in the heart, empty in the mind, blissful in the spirit. To get a taste of this exalted condition, just imagine the powerful experience of prolonged and multiple orgasms.

"Tantric Love Play is more like sensuously sipping an expensive Cabernet than chugging a six-pack of brew. It more resembles sampling the delicacies at a gourmet buffet than inhaling a pepperoni pizza during Monday Night Football. It's certainly more like a twilight stroll through a perfumed garden during Spring with your beloved on your arm than running a hundred-yard dash.

"Tantric Love Play is leisurely, savoring every delicious morsel of pleasure, instead of rushing headlong towards maximum turn-on now. Tantric lovers move so slowly, stopping frequently to settle deeply into the rising tide of pleasure, stretching the experience out as long as possible. Releasing tension and giving in to the urge to cum gets replaced with continuous streaming vibrations of ecstatic energy. When we enter the altered state of consciousness that comes with repeated implosive orgasms, we simply want to float in a cloud of bliss together."

Final Words

Well, that's my story and I'm sticking to it. My sex life is certainly transformed, and I hope yours will become too.

As you're well aware, there are many paths of transformation. Of course, the one I recommend is explained in detail in my electronic book, Ultimate Ejaculation Mastery. More details follow if you want the whole sales pitch.

The Kama Sutra Sex Magic
Tantra: Sex Magic
Reality Creation Process
I want to share something I call the Sex Magic Reality Creation Process (SMRCP). It is a powerful tool that is appropriate for deliberate reality creation. As many of you know, I've been practising Tantra/Sacred Sexuality for many years and have enjoyed wonderful benefits from it. One of my favorite areas of study is Sex Magic. I've successfully incorporated the SMRCP in my reality creation toolbox. It is with much joy that I share it with you, have some fun with it.
Background:
Sex is one of the most (some say THE most) powerful energies on the planet. Within our loins lies an energy that has the potential to create ANY reality we want. Unfortunately, most humans have a love/hate relationship with sex that is reflected in many ways (i.e., unsafe promiscuity, self-destructive perversions, denial, shutdown, religious intolerance, rape, abuse, etc.). Religion has done much to suppress our divine sexual nature and has kept the masses ignorant of the potential uses of sexual energy.
When we accept and embrace our sexual nature we are free to use its awesome power for our benefit. We no longer worship it or deny it. We come into balance and view our sexuality as part of our divinity. It becomes joyful, light and loving. We learn to use sex for more than procreation or sensual gratification.
I want to make a comment about celibacy. Many people, including so-called enlightened teachers and religious figures, misunderstand celibacy. True celibacy is not a denial or suppression of sexual energy. True celibacy is when one chooses to focus/channel their sexual energy, in non-sexual ways, into other areas of their being. There are many ways to do this but Sex Magic is not one of them since it involves sexual stimulation. Tantra embraces both the sexual path and the celibate path.
Sex is creative energy. Magic is the art of creating reality.
True magic is simply the art of creating what you want. We can liken all the processes given to us by masters and teachers (Seth, Alexander, Abraham, Avatar, etc.), as tools in our magician's or Shaman's bag. People who consciously and deliberately create their reality are the ultimate magicians on the planet.
Sex Magic:
Sex Magic is based on the belief that the most powerful moment of human existence is the orgasm. Sex Magic is the art of utilizing sexual orgasm to create a reality and/or expand consciousness. All senses and psychic powers are heightened during orgasm. It is a moment when a window opens to the unlimited abundance of the unlimited universe.
Now, some may argue that they fantasize about some person or event during sex and it never materializes into a reality. This is because most of us, at the moment of orgasm, lose our focus and get lost in the physical response. That's okay, there's nothing wrong with using sex for pure pleasure. That intention is also a created reality. The SMRCP is about maintaining one's focus during orgasm and channelling the energy into creating a reality. Any reality, whether it's creating a new job, car, experience, relationship, etc.
The Process:
Relax and breathe deeply. Breathing deeply is key to the success of Sex Magic. Take your time and relax your body, especially your jaw and belly.
Identify what you want to create. It's important to choose something that really excites you. Make it specific. You can write it down or say it out loud as a mantra or affirmation. Make it in the present tense or as if it's a reality already (i.e., "I earn $85,000 per year.")
Focus on the creation. See, hear, taste, smell and feel the creation as if it's real. Visualize yourself in the creation. For example, what is your life like when you earn that $85,000? What does it FEEL like? Make it big, in Technicolour, with all your focus and intention. Breathe into it. Now, when you've identified the feeling and/or picture that best captures what you want to create, FILE IT AWAY in your mind and relax. (You may want to practice a bit with this step before proceeding.)
Do whatever brings you almost to orgasm. This can be masturbation or sexual activity with a supportive partner. Remember to relax and breathe into your orgasmic state. Take your time. Bring yourself almost to orgasm, backing off just before the point-of- no-return, several or more times. What you're doing here is charging up the sexual battery.
I'll digress here for a moment. It's easier for women to do this process because orgasm is usually not an energy drain for them (as long as they're not engaging in wild, aerobic and physically exhausting sex). Women are able to climax multiple times ("Riding the Bliss-Wave" in Tantra) gaining tremendous energy from it. So, to my sisters, I encourage you to relax, breathe, and have fun. It's also very helpful to strengthen your PC/vaginal muscle and get in touch with your G/Sacred Spot. There are many good books which cover this. My favorite is "The Art of Sexual Ecstasy" by Margo Anand. I'll do a follow-up post about the "Yoni Massage" that you can use with a supportive partner in conjunction with the SMRCP.
The men are another story because their orgasmic energy is usually expelled out of their pelvis, in their semen, and out of their body. Fortunately this can be handled! Unfortunately I won't be able to teach you within the limits of USENET and e-mail. I encourage my brothers to learn and practice the art of ejaculatory control (I prefer the term Ejaculatory Mastery) and create an INjaculation. There are several good books about this. Margo Anand's book covers this. For the time being, just relax, breathe and come CLOSE to ejaculation SIX times before you release your semen. I'll follow-up with the "Lingam Massage" that you can use with a supportive partner in conjunction with the SMRCP.
When you have almost reached orgasm, after coming close several times and you're ready to let go, recall from your mind the reality you want to create and energize it with focused intention. Make it vivid, exciting, big and beautiful.
When you orgasm, keep focused on the picture/creation and deliberately channel the orgasm into it. Just let it flow into the reality you want to create. Remember to keep breathing during the orgasm and breathe your orgasmic energy into your creation/ goal/dream/reality. Stay focused and hold the picture. Your body will do the rest (this is why a partner is very helpful -- they can do the physical work for you :-).
You can repeat the process if you want to come to another orgasm.
The reality will create itself immediately or will be buffered by time. It may also manifest as an opportunity, insight, healing, etc. The power of the SMRCP will blow your mind as you master it! Have fun with your creations.
